Separate wing for the primary suite that features a sitting area overlooking backyard, fireplace, his & hers closets & dreamy shower with free-standing tub. The private backyard is secluded with abundant landscaping, pool, hot tub, covered patio & additional parking pad.

1 CA King Bedroom, 3 King Bedrooms, 2 Queen Bunk Beds with 4 Queen Beds total. 1 King Air Mattress. 3 Full Bathrooms and 1 Half bathroom. 3 work desks with desk chairs. Outdoor table. Outdoor conversation couch set. 4 zero gravity lounge chairs. Ping Pong Table. Corn Hole set.

Garage Door Remotes and Access will not be given.
