Built in 1945, this home has recently been updated and is 3 blocks to the north side of the Historic McKinney Square. Take this easy walk on a non-busy street to tons of shops, antiques, boutiques, and great restaurants. For nightlife, there are several bars and pubs that stay open late.

Every room was very well equipped and nicely decorated. We felt comfortable and safe in the house. The location was perfect for us. Some small storage bags or plastic wrap would be a nice addition in the kitchen for leftovers.

This is the perfect place to explore downtown McKinney and surrounding area. The house is adorable and better than pictured. The decor is modern but homey. The color scheme and decorative touch’s are spot on. The shades of green throughout are soothing. The kitchen is modern with good appliances. Not a lot of dishware, but plenty for a short stay (plus there’s a dishwasher:). The location is within easy walking distance of everything downtown has to offer (shops, dining, nightclubs). Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again.

Hat's off to Mod Piggy! This place is clean, in a nice neighborhood, is very well appointed, super comfortable beds, is about a 5 minute walk to downtown, perfect for a few days, or even longer. Really no reason I'd ever stay anywhere else when visiting McKinney in the future.
