Cute beautiful house, walking distance to great restaurants and dining. House was cozy and had plenty of great space for us to have time for ourselves!! Sean the owner was kind and even let us know about all the local activities going on while we visited.
If you are staying just to sleep and shower it is the perfect place to stay. It isn’t anything super fancy but it is simple and conveniently located by everything you need. We were able to wash and dry our clothes daily which was a huge bonus after eating at a bbq restaurant. Plenty of things to do in the neighborhood.
Beautiful farmhouse in the city! Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and lounges to enjoy music and drinks. We loved having the garage parking.
Amazing place! Very neat and clean. Walking distance to great night spots. The host is amazing and very prompt in responding for questions. Checkin on as smooth and I really loved the patio and parking arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everyone in my group loved the place!

Very well kept
Extremely pleased with this property, nice warm quaint home with beautiful decor. Clean and well kept. Definitley deserves a 5 star rating
Overall was as advertised. Kitchen was awesome. Comfortable living room. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were oddly designed and some of the outlets didn’t work, but is an old house. Front bedroom with two beds the beds were not very comfortable according to the kids. Parking was a little tricky. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants.
This charming farmhouse worked out great for our 2 adult children, their significant others, and us. It's very spacious and comfortable for 6. Nice kitchen, cute furnishings, and mostly comfy beds (the 2 in the master bed said they rolled to the middle). We could only get the TV to play Netflix, but it may have been our ineptitude. The location is excellent for visiting the Bishop Arts district with all its eclectic shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
This is a nice home in a good location. Bishop Arts District is a lot of fun and is conveniently located. (Deep Ellum, downtown and Fair Park are all within 15 minutes or so.) The house is set on a busy corner so there is some street noise if that is a problem for you. The owner is on-site (upstairs) which was not a problem at all, just surprising as I didn't see it mentioned in the description. We would stay here again.
The house is nice, but could use a deep cleaning. We didn’t realize the owner is upstairs during the day. From what we could tell, he works nights. Good safe parking for your vehicle. We could walk to Bishop Arts District and it was awesome. Lots of shops and food. The neighborhood is ups and coming. Some parts older. The market across the street is a must. Great coffee in the mornings. Overall was a great stay.
We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our group of six adults—spacious, comfortable, and full of funky charm. The whole house was very clean, with two good bathrooms, great water pressure, and a convenient in-house laundry setup. The location is very walkable, with trendy restaurants and cute shops nearby. The front patio was a nice place to relax, and we appreciated having garage parking for two cars in the back. The heating and cooling worked well, and the decor gave the home a fun, welcoming vibe. The kitchen was functional for cooking and eating, despite a minor issue with sugar ants, which were manageable and didn’t interfere with our meals.Owner Sean was very kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. Easy freeway access, close to grocery stores, and just a 10-minute drive to downtown. We’d definitely stay here again!
The entire process was very nice. The house is in close proximity to the Bishop Arts District. There are a lot of nice eateries and shops within walking distance. The property manager does a very good job communicating. The house was super clean. 100% recommended!!!
This property was amazing. So much character, plenty of space, outdoor sitting area.
The location of this property is perfect if you want to stroll the Bishops Art District and grab some good food.
Also, the front porch area is fun for people watching!
Only thing to be aware of is the noise. This is a busy area late into the night and would recommend ear plugs.
We will definitely stay here again.
Very comfortable house. Very nice area in the back to hang out.
This house was just we were looking for. Very comfortable, close to our family. It's nice to visit family and still have a home to go home to rather than a hotel.
A good-sized but cozy house with all the farmhouse feel plus great facilities. Walking distance to the best food, cocktails and shopping Bishop Arts District has to offer. The host was delightful and helpful. It was so enjoyable to stay in a place that truly felt like home. Plus, we got to play Asteroids….. :) Absolutely recommended.
This converted farmhouse is ideal for a weeklong stay for up to 6 people. The house is well kept up and has all the amenities you could want, and there is also a convenient covered parking garage for one vehicle.
The neighborhood is great, with lots of great restaurants and quaint shops within walking distance. In addition, this house is only about 10 minutes from downtown Dallas, and 5 minutes from the I-35 if you are looking to visit elsewhere in East Texas on your trip.
The property owner was great, very responsive, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.
Three life long buddies had a kitchen weekend pass to catch a Rangers game and catch up with each other.
Sean's home was perfect! We loved everything about this beautiful home. Great location, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and a great kitchen.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.
