- No smoking, No events or parties.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests at all ages are welcome, but the booking person needs to be 25 or older.
- Photo ID may be required prior check-in.
- Maximum number of guests is 12.
- Security cameras are on premises (but outside only).
