The hotel only had stairs to reach the 2nd floor. The room smelled of old stale cigarette smoke. While the linens were clean, they did have spot stains on them, same for the towels. The front desk seemed bothered to have to check us in. The latch lock on the door was broken, but the deadbolt did lock. Luckily it was just a few hours to rest.

The room we stayed in was supposed to be non-smoking but there was definitely a smell of smoke when we entered the room. Additionally, the carpet felt a little damp so i wasn't sure if it had recently been cleaned or there was another issue. Overall, for the price that we paid it was about what you would expect but it would have been nice to have been surprised if it had exceeded expectations.

Room was relatively clean. It did smell like cigarettes I won’t lie, but a little febreeze did the trick. Front desk and maids were nice. No breakfast, no pool, AC barely worked if anything. A big plus was a microwave, fridge, and laundry room. $2 to wash and $2 to dry. Overall, it was a place to stay. Didn’t impact our vacation much and was in a good spot to travel to and from Dallas. Had plenty of open parking.

Honestly I booked this because it was cheap option and I was just in town for the weekend, but next time I won’t cheap out when it comes to hotels/motels. There was roaches, the towels were dirty, the toilet was leaking, the deadbolt was broken. Also I had asked if we could wait in the lobby until check in time because our flight landed at 9 and I was told no that the property manager doesn’t allow that. I’ve stayed in hotels before and I’ve never had an issue with waiting in the lobby until check in. The only upside was that I was able to get an early check in around 12. Like I said it was a cheap stay, but will not be booking again.

The hotel was clean and basic. It was what I expected for such a good price. But our air conditioner couldn’t get cold enough. We put it on the lowest temperature but it was still stuffy on the room.
