The food was varied but they can improve the breakfast and the the standard room
Wasn't good. The bed was made of stone not wood and they can change the doors and the bathrooms.

The room is not properly cleaned, there were traces of hair on the bed, the floor and in the bathroom. Location is remote with nothing within walking distance, saving grace is a regular shuttle bus that runs throughout the day. Limited dining options with short service hours, this means chaotic dining experience.

Great simple getaway
Lovely hotel in a great location but could be a bit more sensitive to the environment by eliminating plastic spoons and single use plastic cups and glasses. Food was wholesome but simple and could do with a bit more variation. Hotel coral reef was stunning with lifeguard on duty. Choice of all inclusive alcohols (both local and non-local) was rather limited.

Good service with reasonable prices, prime location "being 5 minutes away from the blue hole renowned diving spot", friendly staff & good food.
However, there're a couple of things that need to be enhanced which are:
1) Adding more night times for the shuttle bus.
2) The animation team is not experienced enough to bring any attractive shows.

Disappointment
Most of the staff was very freindly but -
we got the wrong room. Reception guy, wasted us a lot of time on the ''process'' of mooving us to the right room(the room we paid for),on the second day. When we came to pay the bill, he asked for more money from what was written on the reservation. After showing the reservation to his supirier , problem was solved.
The beds on the room was hard like a rock, and it was allmost Impossible to moov the sunbathing beds on the beach. The food was just barebl. Very sad to write it because the hotel and its garden, the reef ,the view ,and the beach where very beautiful and the mountains behind the hotel were allso amazing.in total - big disappointment.

Best Hotel in Dahab
The Staff were friendly, the hotel was so good, the beds were comfortable and the hotel has an excellent location near the blue hole, and has a beautiful beach where you can see the coral reefs just like the blue hole or Abu Galum
I would defiantly stay there again

Good:
Room was comfortable.
Surroundings were clean and tidy.
Bad:
Food (mainly dinner) was horrible, the worst I have ever eaten in Sinai- after the first try we preferred to eat in Dahab city instead.
Air conditioner in the room was not functioning well- 25 degrees celsius are the lowest possible. (this is not "cold", but closer to the room temperature)
Service was not great- even if the staff tried to help with something, it felt like they are doing us a favor, and did the minimum possible to help.
No WIFI!!! We paid for a 24 usage (they gave us a note with a temporary username and password)- only in the lobby, there were internet issues and it was down most of the time.
Trip to Blue hole closed by the hotel's office- we paid for a tour to me and my friend, but they put us in a van with 10 more people, and we had to do the whole trip with mixed groups, wait to others in order to return and eventually returned to the hotel almost 2 hours after the original time.

We spent a very disappointing New Year's stay here. The decor and furniture are shabby and did not resemble advertised photos. Staff 'uniform' is scruffy, and staff themselves are rude. Management think it is okay to have tip boxes on every counter including the buffet serving area - service is paid when booking, and staff only deliver mediocre service unless money is placed in their hands.
The biggest downfall was that we had taken the all inclusive option due to the Hotel been 6km away from Dahab Town (one of the reasons we selected this hotel) and when we checked in we were asked to join the New Year activities that evening for an edditional €20 per person (not advertised) - we politely declined and were then advised that the evening buffet would not start at 6 but 7pm, which we were okay with. What we found out after checking in was that we were only allowed to be in the dining area between 7pm and 8pm, not 9pm due to the New Year party. Also the one and only all inclusive evening bar was closed on the 31st as they didn't have enough staff to man the bar - the option was to be allowed to collect a drink from the buffet/celebrations area and take it to the evening bar area, which was 2 flights of stairs away.
Plus side is that the hotel is located in a quite area, it has a pretty garden pathway around a swimming pool that looks straight onto the Red Sea. Sadly the attitude of the staff & management would not entice me to go back or recommend this hotel

The view is amazing, having the mountains behind you and the beach in front of you was a breath taking sight. I liked how the staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The quality of food could have been better especially the deserts. If you’re an outdoor person at night definitely take a mosquito rebellion with ya, mosquitos are bad in all Dahab’s locations. Also, if you’re an early bird who likes to wake up and go to bed early you would love staying there and enjoy your day.

TERRIBLE! LIKE A HORROR MOVIE!
we booked a room for a 10 hours stay: noon - till middle of the night
receptionist suggested to serve us a breakfast box at night when we check out. so far- amazing.
then we got a filthy room, with about 40 flies at its entrance, mold in all the grouts, old curtains and beddings. and a door we couldnt lock!
we asked to change it to another, after arguing with a manager that we wont wait for it to be fixed we got another room in a very dark corridor, so dark you must use a flashlight to see the rooms number. we also got the same mold and old curtains but didnt have much time to argue.
after a while we went for dinner, it was very thin and recycled so we decided to pass and went eating at the city.
later when checking out- we found out that there is no breakfast box for us. although we checked out on time- it was not listed anywhere.
receptionist played stupid and guessed our names. every time we walked through the reception there were people yelling at them- and now it was our turn.
i cant find anything positive about such a hotel.
i feel scammed. choose any other hotel.
