When we arrived, we were shocked by the condition of the place. It was completely different from what was shown online — poorly maintained, unwelcoming, and not suitable for guests. It felt entirely misrepresented on your platform. We didn’t even step inside to stay. We simply turned around and left immediately. This experience was not only a waste of our time and effort, but also incredibly unprofessional. We had trusted Expedia to provide verified and trust"

Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food."
