When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. During my stay, there was deafening construction noise at all hours...

"Wir haben uns gemeinsam mit Freunden aus dem Studium getroffen – mit Paaren und Singles, mit und ohne Kinder. Das gesamte Haus bietet genügend Platz für Privatsphäre und Homeoffice, aber auch für gemeinsame Abende am Klavier, im Kaminzimmer oder draußen im Garten. Es gibt ausreichend sanitäre Anlagen, sodass man sich nicht in die Quere kommt.Das Haus liegt quasi mitten im Grünen. "I was charged for the booking by Expedia but the hotel said the room was not paid for, so we assumed it was payment on arrival and paid the hotel. When we returned home, we found that Expedia had also charged us for the same stay. Furthermore the hotel did not provide us with an official receipt, that we can remember. As a result, we are having difficulty getting our duplicate payment refunded from Expedia. We are attempting to contact the hotel to obtain a copy of their receipt to prove to Expedia that we have paid the hotel, directly, in the hope to get our duplicate payment refunded."

They had left a phone number, so I had to call it to find out where the key was. This was a bit uncomfortable for me, especially when you arrive somewhere unfamiliar.”"
