受付時、まず予約がとれていないと言われ予約の紙を渡しても15分位時間がかかった。 帰り際に水代無料なのにお金を要求された。 部屋のエアコンの水漏れがずっとしていた。 カードキーで部屋を開けるのにエラーが起こり、5分位、毎回待たされた タクシーをお願いしようとしたが、受付のお兄さんに吹っ掛けられたので止めると言ったのに英語が通じなかつたのか、呼んでしまい来たので、かなり安くするから乗ってと言われ、それでも乗らないと言われ、助けてと言うので、こちらがタクシーの運転手に事情説明と謝罪をさせられるはめになった。 次回は使わないです。

Hotel location is very good everything in walkable distance, Hotel staff is very good and suportive. Good breakfast in morning. Only disadvantage if you book online they always give you room without balconey. Better go at hotel see room and book. Overall hotel is good, recently done renovation.

Bad wi-fi

This is the second time I've stayed here, but this time the wi-fi really bothered me. Most of the time it didn't work or was super-slow. When my parents needed to switch rooms, they were put in one that had no wi-fi reception at all. I need wi-fi to work, and my parents need wi-fi to stay in contact with me and with their family (since they failed to get a local SIM while in town). Other than that, it was all good, and the rates here are extremely reasonable, but this aspect needs improvement.

구시가지와 가까워 좋네요.

호이안 구시가지와 가까워 위치가 좋았습니다. 그런데 방에 모기가 너무 많고 시끄러워요. 밤비행기라 호이안 구경하고 2시간 정도 쉬려고 예약했는데 아이 추가 비용까지 받아서 ㅠㅠ 자는것도 아니고 조식도 안먹는데 좀 봐주지. 배낭여행객들에겐 괜찮은데 가족여행엔 비추에요. 우리처럼 잠깐 쉬는거면 몰라도 숙박을 할거면 돈 좀 더 내고 더 나은곳으로 ㅎㅎ... 직원들도 별로 친절하지 않아요.

It was my second visiting to this hotel. Good location, big bath tub, kind crews with big smiles and free breakfast- everything is in this much cheap price. What do you want more? Just check in and enjoy the nights of Hoi-an city!!

Room big, location convenient,

Convenient location to the old town, and walking distance to the Unesco site, old town, and plenty to do, but remember from which entrance you enter from as every corner seems to look alike otherwise you end up walking all over the place, but this is a town with many road intersections leading back to the hotel . If you come from a country that is not used to car and motor bike horning at every corner, which can be a deafening when on the street.

Not worth the money!

We were pretty underwhelmed by the Thanh Binh II; the staff were unhelpful and the ("deluxe") room was very basic (air con barely worked, bathrooms seemed more like public ones than private, quite dirty in general and the bed was very uncomfortable). It did have a small balcony which was nice, but this is the only thing that made it all "deluxe", and I personally would have preferred that the room be of a better quality. We were allowed to go to the more expensive sister hotel next door for breakfast (which was just ok) and to use the pool (which was nice) so that was a bonus, I suppose. the location was good, just a few minutes walk from the old town, this was the best thing about the hotel for us. I wouldn't stay here again, it was overpriced considering how basic the rooms were, we've stayed in much nicer rooms for a similar price elsewhere in Vietnam, and have also received much better customer service too!

Vi boede på to forskellige værelser, da airconditionen ikke kunne nedkøle rummet. Værelse nummer tos arcondition var lige så dårlig. Morgenmadsbuffeten var acceptal, men blev triviel i længden. På hotellet ved siden af. Poolen var acceptabel, men var også på hotellet ved siden af. Personalet var generalt dårlige til engelsk. Vil ikke anbefale hotellet til nogen.

호이안 구시가지에서 가까움

호이안 구시가지 근처와 신카페가 가깝다는 장점이외 별다른 특징 없음, 호텔 방 크기는 무지하게 큼. 익스페디아에서 예약하고 갔는데, 퇴실시 직원이 호텔비 청구, 어이 없었음.... 직원들 친절하지도 않음....

Big 4-person room but the layout was very strange. One room for shower, one for the toilet and there was a bathtub in between with no walls or door. The sliding door to the toilet was broken so you had to lift it up and could barely close it, which made a lot of noise when trying to close or open it. There was also no lock on the door. Otherwise the room was clean but a bit noisy. The location was pretty good with walking distance to the central part of town with many restaurants.

Excellent location, spacious clean rooms. Reception staff are a bit dismissive. Domestic staff very friendly. Breakfast is a buffet, which fits our budget nicely.

Great place and location... Let down by some staff

Great location, rooms, spacious, great having a balcony and clean. Breakfast is in next hotel, but buffet style. Great variety and helpful staff. Cleaning staff helpful and friendly. Unfortunately reception staff at times seemed dismissive, when asked questions. Don't know if it was due to different languages. Apart from that great hotel.
