미케해변이랑 가깝고 새건물인지 깔끔함. 다낭여행중 가장 빵빵했던 에어컨. 조식은 많이 좋지는 않음. 가격대비 효율 좋은듯. 하지만 엘리베이터소리 너무 신경쓰임 ㅠㅠ

良かった点 : スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度
첫날 수건 2장에 갈색 얼룩이 많이 묻어있어서 좀 불쾌했지만 바로 교체해줬습니다. 예약당시에는 풀바에 무료음료쿠폰을 주는걸로 알았는데 지금은 50% 할인권을 줍니다. 수영장에서 칵테일 저렴하게 마실수 있고, 튜브나 구명조끼는 없지만 사람이 없어서 여유롭게 쉴수 있습니다. 주변에 도로공사가 마무리되면 해변에 나가기도 좋을거 같습니다. 호텔 주변이 어수선하고 정리가 잘 안되있는건 조금 아쉬웠지만 직원분들도 친절하고 수영장도 깨끗하고 저렴한가격에 편히 쉬다 오기엔 좋은 곳 같아요

Not recommended.
We had an average experience overall as we found it very semi-professional.
Reception staff and entrance staff are most of the time occupied with their phones hiding behind a wall.
We also asked information about tours and they said they can only book car for us, we would appreciate some help on suggesting tours or tour agencies that they could do that for us.
Room was overall clean except the curtains that were full of stains and drips and the towels had a big hole in them.
Rooftop bar was just empty all the time with no staff attending or even if they were they would be sitting down again with their phones.
Breakfast was at least average on choices but good quality and when we called the reception in the morning to let us know when our tour guide will arrive as we were having breakfast no one had let us know by the time we reached the lift to go down were the tour guide was waiting for us...
On checking they didn't even ask if we liked our stay and didn't thank us for staying.
Don't get me wrong but you should take in consideration this feedback to value your guests if you want to make some more money or make them to come back or recommend to someone else as the competition is high with so many choices around there. I think these are pretty standards for a 3 star hotel.
