The hotel was very helpful in arranging airport transfers, despite the flight being 2.5hrs late. They allowed a check in in the early hours so guests could get straight to bed

Some good, some not so good

Cozy place, the room may be a bit small for couples. They gave a free upgrade as there were not many people staying there. There is no pool and only a small selection of options for breakfast. The partner hotel, Sofiana Suite is 700m away and has a small little pool that guests from this hotel can access. It is on the roof and has a nice view but the place there is a bit dirty. Sofia Suite Hotel has a free airport transport and one free massage session which is a nice bonus. The hotel is walkable distance to the beach but cannot view the beach. Motorcycles could be a bit noisy downstairs as well as food vendors.

Really great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are also very spacious despite it being a small hotel. Its extremely convenient as its just a 7mins walk to the beach and a 12mins drive to the airport. Only to improve is maybe the hotel breakfast.

Great views from our room 702 of the city and mountains. We stayed on a Sunday night and it was a little noisy from the restaurant nearby that’s open til 3a. When we checked in around 10:30p, our Expedia reservation didn’t show in the system and the front desk agent said they were sold out, which was not true as there was a family suite which he wouldn’t offer it to us at the same rate as the double room we booked which is understandable. So we kept urging him to find us a room because it was late after a late flight that was delayed and we just wanted to sleep. He finally gives us a room and it was nice. The next morning we had the breakfast buffet that was offered, which was an okay spread - soups, rice, rice cake, fruit, juice, coffee. One of the employees must’ve assumed I didn’t understand Vietnamese because she was saying to her coworker that she’s counted 3 times (he said it was twice which was the correct count) that I’ve gone up to the buffet. When we left, I thanked them in Vietnamese and said a few courtesies and the female employee turned red and muttered under her breath and mask that she couldn’t believe what she did. She didn’t apologize to me, probably too embarrassed. Anyway, I found it amusing, though other guests in my situation would’ve found it rude.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett zum Beispiel Wendy , die Unterkunft hatte eine gute Lage und das Zimmer war recht sauber . Das essen dort haben wir nicht Probiert, da es viele Restaurants in der Nähe gab.Mir jedoch nicht gefallen ,dass die Stoffsessel und das Sofa recht dreckig waren , wahrscheinlich vom Sand .

とても快適に過ごすことができました。シングルのお部屋で申し込みましたが、キングサイズベッド2台のお部屋にアップグレードしてくれてビックリ！広々でした！！お部屋のテレビで日本のNHKが映ったので、朝ドラも見られました♪ ビーチへも徒歩圏内、レストランもスパも徒歩圏内に多数、夜も安全でした。 ホテルの真裏のフルマートでお値打ちなお土産も購入できました。 スタッフさん達もフレンドリーで親切でした。もしまたダナンを訪ねることが出来たら、またココに泊まるかも！

スタッフの方がすごく丁寧でした。事前にメールのやり取りをしましたが、とてもスムーズでした。朝食も毎日少しずつ違うものがあり、とても美味しかったです。夜は暗くして寝る派なのですが、読書灯が壊れていて消せなかったのが残念でした。 シングルツインで予約しましたが、クィーンサイズベット２つの部屋で、寝心地最高でした。 The staff were very courteous. We exchanged emails in advance and things went very smoothly. Breakfast was very delicious with something different each day. I like to sleep in the dark at night, but unfortunately the reading light was broken and I couldn't turn it off. I made a reservation for a single twin, but the room had two queen size beds and was super comfortable.

Un accueil exceptionnel

Un très bel hotel avec des chambres très spacieuses, lumineuses , très bien agencées ( suite familiale), ultra propres et confortables. Un petit déjeuner varié et copieux compris. Avec un personnel aux petits soins, on a regretté de ne pas rester davantage .

매우 훌륭한 숙소라고 적극 칭찬하고싶다 직원들이 반갑게 맞이하고 아침식사도 가지수에 걸맞게 알차게 준비되어 있었으며 아주 좋았다 무엇보다 패밀리 룸에 트윈베드 2개 더블베드1개 총 3개가 있어 3명의 여행객들이 숙박하기에 매우 편리했다 미케비치도 적당한 거리에 있어 도보이동이 가능한 호텔이었다

The staff was SUPER nice and helpful, they had briefly introduced what around the hotel and the must-go places in DaNang when I check-in. The room is neat and clean. Speaking of breakfast, food is delicious and I highly recommend the rice cake! I had a really sweet stay in those days. THUMBS UP. :)

방이 좀 작긴 하지만 전혀 불편함은 없었어요. 조식 쌀국수 진짜 맛있으니 꼭 드세요! 짐도 잘 보관해주시고, 마지막날 그랩 불렀는데, 우리는 로비에 기다리라하고 직접 나가셔서 그랩차 찾아주시는 친절함~~ 걸어서 미케비치, 공차, 마사지샵 다 갈수 있고, 근처에 맛있는 식당도 많아요~ 다음에 다낭가면 또 가고 싶다는 생각이 들 정도로 좋았고, 친구에게 추천했는데 친구가 가는날에 방이 없다해서 매우 아쉬웠어요. 암튼 완전 완전 추천합니다!

We actual switched to their newer sister hotel about 900 meters from the Sofia; Sofiana My Khe Hotel & Spa. The Hotel Staff provided world class service from arrival to departure. We were extremely impressed with the Sofiana Team; from the date of booking to our departure.  The front desk staff (includes the hotel porter's), spa staff, restaurant staff and pool staff all consistantly provided impressive customer friendly service. Even the housekeeping staff were responsive to our particular travel needs. We have never experienced a more robust caring, courteous and professional staff in over 27 years of traveling abroad.
