Mignon petit hôtel sans restauration. Au calme à 4 km de Hoi Han pour ceux qui désirent sans être loin de la vieille ville profiter d’un endroit proche et calme. Piscine bien entretenue et personnel au petit soin. On vous prêtera des vélos gratuitement ! Restaurant de très bonne qualité à 500 m.

Loved this place! The staff were all so friendly & helpful, the room, the breakfast, the beautiful garden, the pool! The property was so well looked after, as were we. We stayed for 4 nights & didn't want to leave, felt so safe & relaxed here! Free bikes, 20 minutes cycle into town, or 15 minutes to the beach, a taxi costs about 50,000d from the old town if you plan to stay out later :) loved Rock Villa!

Le paradis sur terre merveilleux très bien entretenu personnel au petit soin qui vous aide à réserver vos activités, taxi... On est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport dans un beau 4x4 pour un bon prix, j'ai déchiré ma robe on me l a recousue... On a eu une suite en RDC vue rivière et piscine, quelle belle surprise ! Petit déjeuner très bon, prêt de vélo pratique car nous ne sommes pas si loin de la vieille ville, très bon rapport qualité-prix, chambre propre et spacieuse, on nous prête même les serviettes de bain pour la piscine, on aurait voulu rester plus dans cet havre de paix ❤️ merci beaucoup rock villa j'ai mis des fleurs de tiaré tous les jours dans mes cheveux fraîchement tombées dans le jardin !

Great place to stay

Great location for exploring Hoi An outside of the old-town. Room was large and comfortable, the pool and grounds are worth exploring. The wifi was OK, this maybe could be improved in the future, but the staff are very helpful.

Super easy to get to which is good as they are a good half hour walk outside of Hoi An. They picked my wife and I up from our hotel in Danang. Arranged taxis to the Marble Mountain, Hoi An and the train station back in Danang. They also booked our train tickets to Hue for us too. The staff is very friendly and their english is good. The place is clean. I would think it would be awesome for families as the area is quiet. Bicyles are available to ride all around the surronding area. Breakfast is huge. The only drawback is that you find lunch and dinner off site which could be a bit of a walk (or you could take a taxi to town). Would definitely stay therw again.

Super accueille pris en charge par un 4x4 depuis mon hotel de Danang pour un prix plusque raisonnable. Lhotel et calme et reposant la piscine et super. Beautiful hotel

The Hotel is located in a one km distance to the beach. Bike are available and so the beach is easy to reach. The staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast is good. The garden around the pool and the hotel is special and like a little paradise. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend it.

Das Hotel an sich ist schön gemacht. Was uns aber sehr gestört hat, ist dass weder eine Bar noch ein Restaurant vorhanden sind. Zwar konnte man essen bestellen, aber einen halben Tag im Voraus. Das bedeutet, spontane Snacks gibt es nicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool war ziemlich warm und keine wirkliche Erfrischung 😅 Außerdem wird neben dem Hotel gebaut, sodass es unmöglich ist am Pool zu entspannen. Man liegt quasi neben einer Kreissäge...

Quiet budget hotel

The service from the staff at Rock Villa was 10/10, they were so helpful and lovely. They arranged for our laundry to get done as well as arranged our airport transfer. It's a 15 min bike ride into the old town or the beach from the Villa, but there is not a lot of shops or restaurants within walking distance, as it's quite isolated. The beds are quite firm (like many Vietnamese beds) and you have to remember to switch the immersion heater on 15 mins before you want a shower.

Great stay at Rock Villa

Ms Tran made our stay a delight. She upgrated our room, gave us information on where to go and where to eat and was just at great host. The hotel is off the main path and gives you an opportunity to relax and feel at home. Located half way between the beach and the town of Hoi An, it's a great starting point for exploring the region. We fully recommend the hotel for people looking at a longer stay in Hoi An.

Friendly & helpful staff. Lovely garden area by outdoor dining area. Excellent food....try the fish with butter. Lots of suggestions on what to do in the area. Ambiance chaleureuse, confortable et calme. Après un séjour à Hanoï cet endroit était tout indiqué. Un peu éloigné du village notamment pour les repas, ce qui nous oblige à explorer les environs sinon de marcher (1heure), emprunter le vélo (1/2 heure) ou le taxi (10-15 minutes). Personnel attentionné, gentil et serviable.

Great staff who went out of their way to please.

Lovely people; genuine, kind and generous. You almost don't need to eat anything for the rest of the day because they feed you so much at breakfast!! 😬Rent 🏍for $6 or free bikes to get into town or to the beach. It's quiet, almost like you're in the country. The hotel staff was the best part, really. Thank you for everything! It was my favorite stay so far in Vietnam. -Anthony, and sorry about Trump 👎🏻

Loved Our Time At Rock Villa

We had a large beautiful room with big windows and a huge balcony. I loved the hotel architecture too as it kept a natural feel that blended perfectly with the nature around it. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only recommendation would be to put at least a curtain that separates the shower from the toilet.

Wonderful and authentic place

I highly recommend this place. The manager Tram was super nice and extremely helpful; she was very efficient and gave us many good suggestions. The rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast was always excellent; we even had lunch when we arrived because we were too tired and the food was delicious. Bikes were available and Tram arranged transportation for us to go to Hue. The hotel is close to Hoi an City center, the beach and many restaurants ( we biked everywhere). We were planning to stay 2 nights but we decided to stay one more night! All the staff was great, I would come back with no hesitation. Thank you Tram!

가격이 저렴하다 할 수 있으나 그렇다고 다른 숙소에 비해 많이 저렴한 편은 아닙니다. 호텔의 느낌이라기 보다는 민박의 느낌이 강하구요. 무엇 보다 건물이 조금 오래된 관계로 안락한 휴식은 조금 힘듭니다. 저희가 있을때는 방에 천정을 통해서 도마뱀이 들어오기 까지 했습니다.

조용하고 한적해서 좋았어요 ~ 꾸어다이비치와도 가까워서 해변에도 매일 갔네요. 구시가지와 거리는 약간 있지만 한국돈 3천원 정도면 편도 가능하고 부담스러운 거리는 아니였어요. 전체적으로 친절하셔서 만족합니다. 다음에 또 가고 싶어요 ~

This is a small and very comfortable hotel with your choice for breakfast and lunch and dinner available on request. Great TV and wifi, a lovely garden and pool.
