The room was acceptable for the cost but no sound proofing so can here everyone walking pass you door woke me up many times in the night due to noise guest, Guest smoking in rooms and hallways, coughing phlegm and spitting on the carpet infront of the lifts which was next to my door! I reported to reception but seems NO FINE as it continued, it’s not the staffs fault as they done there best to accommodate, just guest taking absolute liberty and being disrespectful I’m sure they don’t spit on there own carpet at home so why do it when in beautiful Vietnam? Especially if you have exited your own room why not spit in there? i.e. bathroom toilet? I understand the culture of spitting but to think it’s ok to do it when in a different country have some manners and respect for others! This is a message to the Hotel you must inforce the rules and fines especially when the hotel we pay money for says NO smoking, I smoke but had the decency to smoke outside infront of the hotel where they supplied seating areas DO NOT allow guest like this to stay here in future as it’s unacceptable to other paying guest that do respect your beautiful country and hotel, tell them to book a smoking hotel please.

Didn’t like the bathroom, the tub/shower had no curtain and water ran on the floor. The tub was hard to enter, and the shower head was built for a 4’ tall person. The elevator was slow, and remembered only one command, the breakfast was minimal

Amazing value for money in a fantastic location. Comfortable & clean room. Only a few blocks back from the beach (we could see the water from the balcony). Right on the really vibey tourist friendly area of My Khe.

English is below. スタッフの方々は親切でフレンドリーでした。それ以外は残念ながら満足できませんでした。 •近くに素敵なカフェやスーパーがあります。ただ、夜は少し治安が悪そうに感じます。 •ホテルには「バスローブ？」のようなものがなく、自分のパジャマを持参する必要があります。 •シャワーやお風呂にお湯が出ません。 •他のレビューとは違い、無料の朝食はありませんでした。近くのカフェや食堂で食べたのでまあ良しとします。 •テレビはありますが、地元のチャンネルは映らず、YouTubeかNetflixしか見られません。 •エアコンのリモコンが時々反応せず、設定が毎回リセットされます。一度エアコンを切ってから、再び希望の設定でつけ直す必要があります。しばらくするとまたリセットされるので、設定を変えたいときは毎回同じ操作をしなければなりません。 結局のところ、親切なスタッフのおかげでなんとか滞在を楽しめた、という感じでした。 The staff were nice and friendly. Apart from that everything wasn’t satisfactory unfortunately. - There’s a nice cafe nearby and supermarket/mart. But at night it looks a little unsafe. - The hotel doesn’t have a “hotel robes?”, you’ll have to bring your own pajamas. - There’s no hot water for the shower/bath. - Unlike other reviews, there’s no complimentary breakfast. I ate at nearby cafes and eateries so it’s alright I guess. - There’s a TV but there aren’t any local channels, just YouTube or Netflix. - The aircon remote doesn’t work at times, and it resets every time. You have to let the aircon turn off then you can turn it on again with your preferred settings. It resets after awhile and you have to do it again if you simply want change a setting. At the end of the day, I guess only the friendly staff saved my experience to some extent.

We were very happy with our stay. We had an issue on our first night, but the staff were quick to rectify the issue and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time we were there. The hotel is also in a convenient location and close to the beach. Thank you so much for the great service it was the best service and hotel we stayed at during our 4 weeks spent in Asia :)

Khách sạn có vị trí tốt, trung tâm khu du lịch, xung quang có nhiều nhà hàng, quán ăn, siêu thị. Đi bộ ra biển cũng gần. Đặc biệt đường phía trước được đỗ xe theo ngày nên đỡ phải đi vào bãi gửi xe. Phòng bài trí sang trọng và bắt mắt. có ban công thoáng mát. ăn sáng ngon.

Be careful of what is advertised as room with city view. There was no city view from my room but a view of another building lookin out the window/door. Many obstacles were blocking what was called city view when on the balcony. This hotel is not for Western tourists. Mostly local forks stay here. There was no respect to no smoking in the room laws. Locals were smoking in their rooms. Bed sheets were not changed and left dirty where I had to make a complain.
