Perfect Stay

They allowed us to keep our luggage on site before checking in and even after checking out. Breakfast had lots of variety. Hotel was clean and quiet. Location is great, just a block from the beach. Will stay again

A very relaxing stay, mattress and pillows excellent. All the staff were polite and helpful. Brian was really helpful with a few things we were not too sure about.

Value and Location

A great hotel for the price and in a good location. My only criticism would be that the corridors leading to the rooms need to be vacuumed more, the room itself was spacious and spotless. I would stay again if I return to Da Nang.

Exceptional Service and Thoughtful Touches I recently stayed at Mercy Emerald Hotel and had an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were truly touched with Brian he was such helpful and very thoughtful that made our stay very special. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend the Mercy Emerald Hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Overall, staying at this hotel was so great. The room was cozy and clean. One thing that I would like to mention was that the fridge had strange smell. Probably some guest put some fruits in it. That’s not hotel’s fault, tho.. Other than that, the room was so comfortable. The rooftop bar was amazing as well. The bartender and the atmosphere of the bar were fantastic. The breakfast was so nice, too. Sam, Anna, and James, thanks for the great meals :) They offered different choices of meal every morning. I stayed at this hotel last year, sorry for late!

Very nice stay !

Nothing to say except that hotel is perfect. All the staff is really nice, special mention to Robert who helped us a lot with our heavy luggage and to the staff of the rooftop bar. Everyone one of them are always smiling and willing to help. Room are big and everything is brand new. Of course if you look at all the little detail of how the room is made you’ll find thing to say compare to US or European standards but hey it’s Vietnam and for the price it’s a gem. Hotel and room a clean. Nothing to complain about. I highly recommend that place.

I only spent one day at this hotel, but I would love to return for various reasons. First and foremost, it is the high level of professionalism in customer service. I also appreciate the modern appearance and technology it offers. There are many delicious options available for breakfast. I also enjoyed the rooftop, where I could admire the view of My Khe while savoring my delicious cocktails. I am overall very impressed with this hotel. With any luck, you will be welcomed by Robert, who is a fantastic and devoted top fan of the hotel's facilities and amenities.

I am writing this review because i find the property nice. 1. It is next to 24 hours mart where you can buy drinks water fruits etc. also next to nail body saloon . 2. Next to american, Chinese, Vietnam, indian and other food 3. 3 min walk from Beach and can see sea very from roof. If you are in this hotel- 4. I stayed with my kid so room was cleaned all days and nicely, also bathtub was useful. Hot and cold water 5, MOSTLY I LIKE THE STAFFS BEHAVIOR. Its NEW HOTEL SO THAT MATTERS MOST. Amazing Da Nang

I had a great time during my recent stay at Mercy Emerald Hotel. Staff were very cheerful, polite and helpful, room was spacious, firm king sized bed and ample pillows were perfect for me. Mercy Emerald is situated less than 200 metres from the amazing Da Nang My Khe beach and central to all kinds of eateries, massage and wellness spas and supermarkets literally at the doorstep. Da Nang is a great place for a relaxing, care free, holiday. There are many attractions and activities around Da Nang, easily accessible by Grab car or Motorbike or a day tour on a bus. Sun World in the nearby Ba Na Hills (30 kms) is amazing but Marble Mountain (7 kms), My Son ancient Hindu site (60 kms), Hoi An (30 kms), Lady Buddha and Monkey Mountain (7 kms) are all worth a visit too. I can highly recommend Mercy Emerald Hotel as a great place to stay in Da Nang Vietnam.

Good value for money

Very cozy rooms. Excellent big and good bed for nice sleep. Not too hard, and not too soft. Room a little small though. Minibar. Good shower with strong water jets. Aircon a little difficult to master in the night. Either too cold or too warm. Breakfast was mostly Asian style. Too few European alternatives. Overall nice place. Close to beach, minimarts and restaurants. Brian in the reception was extremely helpful, ready to give a hand with whatever problem we had, from getting the elevator to giving advice about the neighborhood. When we arrived he took care of our bags until time for check in. I then forgot my laptop bag. And Brian kindly and swiftly brought it to our room without a twist. Thank you for the help during our stay!

客室はもとより、エントランス、エレベーター、廊下まで清潔で快適でした。シャワーの温度、量ともに問題ありません。但し、シャワー室の排水がダメで、水たまりになりました。 レストランに関しては、料理はおいしかったです。小さいので、時間によっては満席になります。 近隣には、レストランや２４時間営業のコンビニ、マッサージサロンなどが豊富です。 ビーチにも徒歩３分で、とても便利です。 スタッフのサービスも最高に良かったです。

おすすめではない

海にも歩いて行ける距離。スタッフも親切。ルーフトップのプールも、この安さの割には良い。 ただ、色々不備がある。部屋は普通。清潔ではあるが、椅子が一つもない！ダナンに４ヶ月半いて、色々なホテルに泊まったが、椅子が一つもないホテルは初めて！ベッドに座れということか？これではPC作業ができないので、スタッフに椅子を持ってきてもらった。椅子を置くと、部屋が狭すぎて、通れない。 防音が悪く、隣の部屋の声やTVの音がよく聞こえる。 YouTubeが古いバージョンしかなく、日本語変換できずに、結局使えなかった。 バスルームも小さく、シャワーはお湯がぬるくて排水が悪く、すぐ床が水溜りになる。 かなり使い勝手が悪い。 朝食は、それなりに種類があるが、オムレツを頼んだのに、出てきたのはただのスクランブルエッグだった。 ダナンは、安くて良いホテルが非常に沢山あるので、ここはおすすめしない。
