great choice

A lovely quiet family style hotel, close to Old Town and Markets. Also best Banh Mi at Banh Mi Phuong 300m away. Great booking service with reception staff. Good breakfast. Hoi A Memories is a great show to see, easy walking distance from hotel. Will be back again.

This was the best place we stayed at in Vietnam. The staff are friendly and helpfull. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast surpassed expectations. The pool was a fun place to relax. Little Town Villa is highly recommended.

Absolute 10/10 stay. From organising airport transfers to making us feel so welcome the whole time we were there, we can’t recommend this place enough. The rooms are big and great, the service is amazing, and the owner Vin makes you feel like a part of the family. And if you’re after a suit, she has a store next door with amazing quality & turnaround times. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

If you are looking to chill out in the neighborhood this is an awesome find. Clean, friendly, adequate breakfast with staff that go way beyond the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Awesome pool too. Also located not far from river or beach areas and just a couple blocks from the markets. Can you tell I liked it?! It’s a great find. Keeping it!

Great Value in a Good Location

The staff at Little Town Villas are so kind; everyone had a smile and was ready to help. I stayed at many places during my 3-week vacation in Vietnam and I felt my room at Little Town Villas was the cleanest. The bed appeared to have fresh sheets/bedding, while other places I stayed did not. The breakfast was very good, and everyone cooking and serving was so friendly. The hotel was also able to arrange for transportation to the airport for me. I really enjoyed my time at this hotel and will definitely stay here again. This was the best place for me when considering price, location and quality.

Hyggeligt sted - god beliggenhed.

Fin beliggenhed, kort gåafstand til centrum, gratis lån af cykler (ca. 30 min. til stranden). Roligt område, pænt vedligeholdt. God plads i værelset, men kunne lugte lidt indelukket/muggent. Morgenmad ok, men der blev der ikke fyldt op på fadene.

Little Town Villa which is a family-run hotel is the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam. The family suite which we stayed in is remarkably big, spacious, clean, well-lit and well provided with everything. There is separate bathroom with a beautiful tub from the toilet and both are equally spacious and clean with the wash basin outside. Towels and bed linen are remarkably clean. There are 3 king-sized beds which are very comfortable and a big living area and balcony overlooking the beautiful swimming pool which is a real bonus especially after a hectic day in the hot sun. The pool is amazingly clean and is very relaxing and calming with beautiful and interesting landscape. The staff and the owner are very friendly, courteous and helpful. They are all out to welcome their guests and make sure the guests have comfortable stay with them. We were even served with a delicious and refreshing freshly-made welcome fruit juice. There is no lift as there are only 3 floors and the reception staff was so kind to help us carry our heavy luggage up the 1st floor. The breakfast provided was fantastic with lot of local delicacies which were tasty and they were specially prepared by the owner herself and guests can also order eggs of their own choice. Food on the breakfast counter was replenished every minute. Even on the day we had to check out early, the owner promised to get breakfast ready for us before our departure to My Son. There are free bicycle usage and Wi-Fi is really fast.

A short walk to the town, but far enough away to get a good night sleep. Very friendly staff, lovely room, and the pool was a pleasure to use. I would definitely stay there again!

An excellent hotel in Hoi An.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is two years old, beautifully clean, with excellent amenities, a lovely garden and swimming pool. The breakfasts were good with eggs to order and good variety . Our second floor corner room was spacous and bright. The owner was gracious and helpful as were all staff. The hotel is walking distance to the old town.
