"Positives: Great location, close proximity to the beach, cafes, beautiful sea view. Modern and new feel. Nice staff. Free coke/water/tea (kettle /tea bags) in room Daily cleaner. Negatives, Noisy, long waits for the lifts, crowded area for buffet breakfast (sometimes hard to get a seat, although going in early may resolve this)."

"Breakfast was very good a few different choices each day I didn’t use any of the other amenities available so can’t really comment on them I asked one of the days I stayed there for my room to be cleaned basically they changed the towels and just made the bed with out even changing the bed linen ok other days the bed linen was changed bearing in mind I only asked for the room to be cleaned every other two to three days during my 18 night stay So basically a good hotel but the word luxury in the hotels name is open to question William from Wembley"

"Rooms were very clean and the whole hotel smelled amazing from the moment you walked in. Great breakfast with lots of options and shout out to Chef Le Chung for his attention to detail and friendly service. Only downside could have better sound proofing from the music of the bars along the beach"
