Nice hotel with a good location. It is a really cheap hotel, and you get good value for what you pay for. It's very old with dated amenities. Would recommend for a quick stay as it's a short walk from Hoi An Old Town

A Bit Dated

The Staff were lovely and helpful, but the hotel has seen better days. Upon arrival, it has the appearance of a resort, but would need a huge amount of money spent on it to bring it up to a good standard and condition. The bathrooms were pretty average, the mattresses old and lumpy and the wiring a bit all over the shop. Another annoying feature (not necessarily the hotel's fault) was a street vendor just outside the hotel with a recorded message playing on repeat from mid-afternoon until about 10:00pm, which we could hear in our room and was a bit frustrating. Nonetheless, it was clean, and we enjoyed our time here. The staff tried hard and the location is good.

This is a tired hotel that needs extensive renovations. The flooring was feeling off, the tub leaked, the hotel smelled of mildew, and the shower head holder was broken, so you had to hold the hose. The pool was clean, but many of the tiles were loose. It has a nice location, and the rooms were large, but I don't think that I would stay there again. There are nicer hotels available for about the same rate.

This hotel is about 15-20 minutes walk from Hoi An riverfront area. It is olderstyle hotel, but the rooms were very big and had good airconditioning. The breakfast was very average - not much to choose from and everything was cold, except for the eggs/omelette they cooked fresh. Pretty good iced coffee though!

Hotel is located a stone’s throw from where the sleeping bus drops you off. Opposite the Water Puppet Theater, right off the main road to Da Nang and beaches. While the hotel is a little dated the a/c was magical. The pool was huge and I actually had it to myself one evening. Breakfast seems to depend on how many guests are in the hotel. I should have called the front desk when my shower didn’t go hot but it was so hot outside that I was fine with cold water only. Enjoyed my stay.

Lovely staff & breakfast, but hotel past its prime

Our stay got off to a bad start when we had to wait at the airport for over 30 minutes for our pre-arranged hotel driver. However the hotel staff were lovely when we finally arrived. Our room was spacious, WiFi and breakfast were good and the laundry service was excellent. It was a short walk into the very centre of Hoi An and we liked being a little out of the busy centre. However our room always felt damp, the airconditioning had a lot of mildew on the wall around it and the room was very tired. The hotel needs updating. The hotel arranged for another driver to take us back to the airport and he was punctual, his car was clean and we were very relieved.

Huoneessa (sviitti) oli hierova suihkukaappi (ei toiminut), poreileva amme (ei toiminut) ja japanilainen wc (ei toiminut), mutta ennen kaikkea lämpimän suihkunkin saaminen oli satunnaista. First impressions were less than pleased because of the room being quite dated, but eventually it was an ok stay. The location is good, a kilometer from the crowded old town but with plenty of good local restaurants nearby, and two kilometers from the beach. It's noisy though, there are gaps in the windows and doors and the traffic noise comes in. There was nothing that stood out particularly, and a lot of stuff that could be better (TVs, pool bar, room interior for example), but then again it's a 3-star hotel and everything worked even if was old.

Mooi complex Op 10 loopminuten van de oude stad met een heerlijk groot zwembad. Bijzonder vriendelijke en hulpvaardige staf die er plezier in scheppen je goed en compleet te helpen. Na een bescheiden klacht over het straatgeluid, kregen we een gratis upgrade naar een zeer ruime VIP-kamer. On the downside: het complex en de kamers ogen wat gedateerd, maar de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding is uitstekend!

Very good hotel but restaurant is so so.

The room was great, very roomy, and quiet even though it overlooked the entrance and parking lot. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to walk to tourist sites. Breakfsst was very good, nice selection of hot and cold items. Eggs made to order. Only item of note was the "restaurant" was a large, open room in a separate building. It did not feel "inviting" for dinner, in fact,one night I walked in and the staff sitting in the corner simply ignored me. So I walked down the street until I found a place more inviting. That is how I dined the rest of my stay; found a small place that looked welcoming. Lastly, the pool was great after a hard day of walking.

Decent and rather well maintained hotel, but showing its age: old furniture (still fine) and old tv, but internet worked good during the six-day period I spent there. I had to look hard for a room with (almost) black out curtains (most rooms have nice but see-through curtains; too much light could sip through). Breakfast is buffet, simple but tasty. Pool is huge and nice with a swim up bar!

You get what you pay for!

Disappointed on arrival. The price was cheap and didn't live up to the photos or other reviews. We moved rooms after the first night because the noise made it impossible to sleep. Room 2 was quiet but still unpleasant. Questionable cleanliness, awful beds and I could go on..... The staff did try their best and were friendly.
