"Pod location, instructions were all good, also the adventure parc was just beside the pods, loads of private parking. Our pod heating wasn't working and i tried different options to see if it starts working, no luck. I tried contacting the emergency staff who works at the next hotel, the staff said they are very busy and will try and come to check. "Manager on the desk went out of his way to make up for the fact that I 1. Missed breakfast on day 01 as I didn’t realise breakfast was included 2. I didn’t get much sleep on the first night due to a very noisy person above my room late at night & early in the morning. He straight away moved me to a better , bigger double room and got chef to do me a cooked breakfast to go and even. Packed lunch ! Would definitely stay again :) "
