This newly built country villa is located on a hill, close to two other houses. From this privileged position, you will enjoy remarkably beautiful views of the valley of Benamargosa, where the hills offer a magnificent landscape.

The villa is comfortable, and it has traditional and rustic features. It is tastefully furnished, which you can see for yourself once you step a foot in the house. The spacious dining-living room leads off into an open kitchen. The two bedrooms are provided with one double bed and two single beds. Moreover, the sofa bed in the living area can welcome two more people, for which you can share your holiday with up to five more friends. There is a bathroom with bathtub at your disposal.

The villa is warmed up via under-floor heating, to ensure comfort and warmth on those rare chilly days of winter. The living room is equipped with air-con.

The outdoor area is as cosy as the indoor. In the porch, you will find a useful dining area, where you can enjoy countless meals and a starry night. However, the cherry on the pie of this villa is undoubtedly the rooftop terrace, which provides unimaginable views of the surrounding hills and valley. The private pool is located in an enclosed area at 15 metres from the house, and it's accessible via a staircase. Enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle accompanied by the delicious smell of the flowers.

The villa isn't provided with a barbeque because it's located in a protected natural area. For this reason, there is an electric grill at your disposal.

The villa can be reached by a 500 m dirt track, characterised by curves and bumps typical of the mountainous area where this house is located.

The closest supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurant are located in the town of Almáchar.
