The house is central, allows a maximum of 30 minutes to reach the most important tourist sites of the Province of Trapani; and in the maximum time of 90/180 Palermo and the Province and Agrigento and the Province. The house is 150 meters from the sea and the beach and falls within the Monte Cofano Oriented Nature Reserve.
The house is located in the pre-reserve of Monte Cofano, therefore it is possible to access the reserve itself, look out over the sea and contemplate the panorama that goes up to the Egadi Islands and enjoy the beautiful sunset that the area offers.
