Custer National Forest

Everything about this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The fact that our room keys were left in the mailbox after closing hours was such a thoughtful touch and made our arrival completely hassle-free. Since my boyfriend and I arrived after hours and had a tour scheduled the next day, it was a bit difficult to stop by during the office’s open hours to redeem my available upgrade (Expedia Perks)—but that was a very minor inconvenience and didn’t take away from our experience at all. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting.

This place far outweighed expectations! The staff were the most accomodating and extremely supportive and friendly! Couldn’t have asked for better staff with fresh cookies and coffee always on hand was a nice touch. The reception staff super polite and willing to help in any and all situations :)!
