「This was the perfect place to stay during the Sturgis rally! The house is down a gravel road but it's not a bad road at all! Don't let that be a reason to not choose this place. It's quiet and peaceful. There is a firepit, BBQ grill, and carport!! Book NOW!!」

「Easy check in (key in lock box), great location, good amount of room for a short stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. I walked in the morning to the coffee shop (about a mile round trip). Custer is a very cool city with good restaurants. Stayed here to see Mount Rushmore, which is about 30 minutes away. This place has AC, which we needed (it was about 95 degrees when we were here). Great stay!」

「We enjoyed our stay. Only issues were parking our motorcycles on gravel, in front of cabin, but we worked it out. A short walk downtown to many restraunts. We would definitely book here again!!」

「This little cabin was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and comfortable. We cooked most of our food in the well stocked kitchen. The game room was a huge hit for the kids and the serenity of the pond was a win for the grown ups! Everything was super! Loved the location too! So easy to get to all the good places. 」

「The cabin at Ponderosa Place was perfectly situated to have an amazing vacation experience. Situated close to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and Wind Cave National Park, the cabin was perfect to explore the area. Badlands National Park is an hour and a half away and I would recommend the drive and stop at Wall Drug store to anyone going to South Dakota. This vacation was my favorite that I have had in the continental US. I can’t recommend this cabin or the city of Custer more. We...
