Amazing location by Plaza de Armas

Lovely little hotel which has an enviable location just off the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff were great, they looked after our every need particularly Jorge who deserves the customer service badge of the year! W spend 4 nights here in advance of a 5 day trek and 2 nights upon returning so the hotel stored our luggage for us which was a godsend. Breakfast was great too. All in a very good hotel in an excellent location with brilliant staff. Well done Sonesta.

Very nice , good shopping

We have stayed there several times and have been pleased with everything. We would love to stay there again. The food was very good as were the staff.

Hotel antigo mas muito bem conservado, roupas de camas e toalhas limpos e macios, muitos travesseiros e amenidades, cama muito confortável, café da manhã bastante variado. excelente apesar de ter faltado água quente para o banho em uma das noites.

Quarto confortável

O conforto do quarto é excelente: amplo, limpo, bem decorado e com cama confortável. O atendimento foi muito bom. O café da manhã pode melhorar devido ao padrão do hotel. Recomendo.

マチュピチュ観光後の宿泊予定でしたが、事前に大きい荷物をホテルで預かっていただき助かりました。滞在中もフロントの方には親切に対応してもらえて助かりました。 場所もアルマス広場から近く、観光には便利です。 部屋はフロントの隣で、道路にも面しており夜は周辺が騒がしく、早朝はフロントの機械音や物音等、終始静かになりませんでした。 部屋はダブル又はツインでお願いしましたが、トリプルでした。ベットが余りますが… 部屋には無料のペットボトルの水がなく、ポットのみで持ち出せず、ミニバーのエビアン？は15ソル程度です。 ティッシュペーパー、スリッパは無いので準備していったほうがよいです。 （トイレットペーパーはあります） シャワーもお湯は出ますが、安定せず熱過ぎたり量が減ったり、バスタブの排水も悪く、シャワーを浴びていると水が足首くらいまで溜まってきます。改善して欲しいです。

Pésima experiencia!

Horrible! Cuando llegamos no tenían disponible la habitación que solicitamos. Tuvimos que ubicarnos en 2 cuartos y nos cobraron un adicional por que no era lo que habíamos reservado. Ademas las alfombras de los cuartos estaban demasiado sucias. El desayuno no tenia variedad.

Buena ubicación, buen precio

Un buen hotel, con muy buen servicio, con una excelente ubicación. La habitación 215 con una buena vista, pero da a una avenida y se siente la bulla de la calle. Si buscas descanso, mejor que sea una habitación interior.

Buena ubicación, hotel en mal estado.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca a la plaza de armas. El personal del hotel es muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Por lo demás, las instalaciones (halls, baños, lobby) antiguas y descuidadas, hay que subir escaleras para llegar a la habitación y con la altura de Cusco es agotador, más aún si sufres de soroche. La primera noche nos tocó una habitación pequeñísima, que parecía para una sola persona, la noche siguiente no las cambiaron por una mas amplia y cómoda, pero me pareció totalmente desproporcionado que te cobren los mismo por ambas, según el personal de recepción, las dos eran matrimoniales, aunque una tenía cama de dos plazas y la otra una king. Mi impresión general es que no hay proporción entre la calidad del hotel y el precio que te cobran por habitación, por la misma tarifa puedes conseguir una mejor opción en la ciudad.

Stop over for two nights

Stayed there for a tour to Machu Picchu. The hotel was in a great neighborhood, and walking distance to everything. The staff was great and the breakfast was good. The rooms are a bit dated but served the purpose. Internet service was great.

Muy bien para un hotel 3 estrellas.

Muy bien todo para un hotel 3 estrellas , súper amables, el desayuno buffet incluido muy bueno y variado, la atención de todo el personal excelente , desde que uno llega a la recepcion y tuvieron una deferentia especial por parte de Delio en permitirnos un poco mas de tiempo para el check out.

El precio no tiene relación con las instalaciones,es muy básico, el desayuno es buffet pero no tiene variedad El baño le faltaba ventilación, tenía mal olor En la web decía que tenía un servicio de taxi gratuito, nunca vimos el cartel del hotel en el aeropuerto, preguntamos nos dijeron que se habían ido con pasajeros y Cdo preguntamos al hotel porque no nos esperaron nos dijeron que tuvimos q haber mandado un correo para q nos trasladen. Le dijimos entonces q realizen el servicio hasta aeropuerto, pero este no cubría Se olvidaron de pedir el taxi para el aeropuerto,

Awful

Walls were cracked and in dire need of a paint job. Chairs and carpeting were badly stained and or torn. Hall ways were dark and dingy. Internet did not work in the first two rooms I was given to sleep in. It did work in the third room which I was told was an executive suite. In this room the bathroom was decent, the floors were new wooden floors and the walls were acceptable. This room was only shown to me after I was told the second room was the same as all the rest of the rooms and there wasn't anything else. When I could prove the internet did not work and I was clearly distressed about sleeping in the cave like room which had a tear in the carpet which ran from one side of the room to the other, I was shown the third room. The staff were pleasant and did their best to be accommodating in this less than desirable walk up hotel.

Localização excelente, em um casarão antigo próximo à Praça das Armas, com atendimento excepcional, recepcionistas atenciosos e prestativos, e acomodações limpas e confortáveis. Bom café da manhã, com inicio ás 5h da manhã, algo importante para que vai à Machu Picchu cedo!

Decent hotel close to the Plaza de Armas

This is a small hotel just meters from the central Plaza de Armas. It is in a old, historic building with no elevator & each room is different; but the couple we saw all were fairly spacious & the bathrooms adequate. The staff was quite friendly & helpful.

Spend a little more and get a nicer hotel. This is like a motel and the shower is a stream of water inside a tiny space.
