Catastrophique

Le pire séjour que j’ai passé. Ils ne prennent pas en compte vos réservations sur hotel.com en me disant qu’il n’y a plus de place. Ils vous envoient dans un autre hotel bas de gamme du nom de Hawka Pacha Hostal qui est ma pire expérience de tous mes voyages : - Il fait affreusement froid et vous devez louer le chauffage si vous voulez vous réchauffer. - Le ménage est mal fait et il reste des poils de cheveux. - Ils ne peuvent même pas vous founir du shampoing pour vous laver les cheveux. - Il ne vous donne qu’une serviette et ne la change pas systématiquement. - Une des dames de service a oublié de préparer le petit déjeuner....
