The room was clean the staff was very nice however the bathrooms drain smelt awfully similar to sewage and it was very noisy especially at night because of the cars.
Such a great stay, really nice staff that are accommodating and offer free breakfast and help with everything, good area that is very close to PeruRail station (15 minute walk) and Cusco City Center. I highly recommend!

Quite nice for the rates we paid. The staff was friendly and helpful, it was a little noisy sometimes.
Clean and located in walking distance to many things. Continental breakfast was good. They cooked our eggs to order. It was cold in the mornings as it is winter there(July), but the days warmed up nicely. I started with pants and changed to shorts in the late morning.

Hernan and Yessica were both amazing and helped me planned all my adventures last minute!
The staff was great, went out of their way to help in anyway needed. As for the hotel itself I can not recommend, the walls are like paper, you can literally hear the person across the hall use the bathroom. The rooms are tiny and cramped, the bathroom shower was like standing in a coffin. If your room faces the common area lounge don’t expect to get any sleep it is loud and echos throughout the building. And forget about jumping into the shower and going it takes about 15 minutes to get hot water. And if you need a late checkout make sure sure to pay in advance, we had arranged for a late checkout with the management which said no problem and on the last day they told us too bad we can’t do it even though there were empty rooms. Spend more and stay somewhere else.

Pros: The place is clean and close to the center. Also close to a supermarket. Staff friendly and always greet you. Simple breakfast but reasonable for the price. Wifi worked for me with no issues
Come: there was no hot water at all. It was only 9:30pm. The day before hot water ok but no pressure. In the morning there was a lot of pressure and hot water. I guess your shower to the morning ☹️ The room was cold all the time. Walk up in the middle of the night to adjust blankets. There is no noise insulation and you keep hearing noise coming from other rooms.
The room was clean but so small. No place to put our luggage, no night stand. The breakfast was subpar. There was a lady making eggs to order, but you have to ask her to make them for you, she will not offer. I also did not appreciate that she keeps the juice under the sink, and you have to ask for it and I was told not to use too much milk in my coffee or I would finish it. The place is small and clean, but I wish I would have stayed elsewhere.
First of all, keep in mind that most hotels in Cusco have no elevator, and they are 4 or 5 floors that you will have to climb up and down with your luggage and at 3400 meters above sea level, which for most people will create short of breath. My review here is for two hotels, as the day we arrived, the Valle Andino had an issue with a late checkout and didn't have a room for us, so we were moved for the first night to an hotel a cross the street called Villa Andina.
This hotel is an poorly renovated old house, our room was big but freezing cold, on the 4th floor. The lock in the room was broken, and thankfully the room had a double door. The walls were paper thin, so we could hear the tv on the adjacent room busting until 2 AM, and then at 5:30 AM we were woken up to the sound of the chairs on the 5th floor, where someone was fixing the restaurant for breakfast. And don't let me talk sbout breakfast there... I prefer to forget about it. The stairs were wood laminated on metal, which makes them really noisy. Additionally, these two hotels are just half a block away from a bus terminal and you can hear the yelling of the touts from early in the morning till late at night.
Early in the next morning we were moved to our originally booked hotel, and What a difference!!! The room although on the 3rd floor, was nice, clean and cozy. Bathroom was spotless! the TV worked, OMG what a difference! Breakfast was good, eggs made to order, staff was amazing!

A terrifying stay — solo girl travelers, stay away
This hostel is run by two brothers. I stayed for four nights. On the fourth night, after returning from Rainbow Mountain, I found my door ajar. Clearly, someone had entered. I never expected anyone to enter without my knowledge, especially when my personal items were exposed. I was shocked and disturbed.
That night, I confronted the younger brother, Alexander. Though we'd spoken in English before, he suddenly pretended not to understand and used Google Translate, clearly stalling. He finally admitted entering to “change the Wi-Fi password,” saying he did so in all rooms, and just forgot to lock mine. “At least nothing was stolen,” he said.
But the Wi-Fi password hadn’t changed. My room had no router, just a TV. Someone had plugged in the TV and moved the remote I’d never picked up. I later proved he lied by logging in on a new device with the old password.
They told me through Hotels.com the password was only changed two days after I checked out. I felt deeply violated. Solo women, beware — they may enter your room without consent.
Rooms are clean. The host is gracious and helpful. My issue is with the design/layout of the hotel. Tile everywhere and no sound absorption. Any noise made travels throught.
