The property is very convenient and close to the main plaza of the Historic Cusco City. We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel itself is ok/average in my opinion. The heat does not go on until 9pm and they turn it off at around 2am, so it does get cold. We also have to ask for toilet paper 2 times as they does not provide extra in the room. The people in the front is pretty responsive with our requests which is a good thing. I would recommend if you are not too picky. This is an OK hotel.

Good location, but that is all.

The location of this hotel is ideal, but everything else is a miss. The walls are super thin, which causes major sleeping issues. Many people get back from their tours at 11 PM, and many leave at about 4 AM. This means that you are constantly waiking up from people coming and going. My TV did work, and they did not try to fix it.

Ficamos hospedados por 3 noites em um quarto, guardaram as malas para irmos à Machu Picchu. Ficamos mais 3 noites. Sempre no quarto andar. Na segunda estadia, a água não fluía pelo ralo da banheira o suficiente. Tv não pegava nenhum canal! A limpeza é limitada a arrumar a cama! Funcionários educados e prestativos! Café da manhã tem o suficiente!!! Localização excelente. Mate e folhas de coca sempre disponíveis! Aquecedor nos quartos!!! Não tem oxigênio!!!!

Fiquei hospedado com minha família (4 pessoas) em 2 quartos, em 2 períodos distintos. Navprimeira estadia tudo esteve bem, quartos limpos, confortáveis, café da manhã razoável. No retorno para a 2a hospedagem, nos colocaram em quartos velhos, sem TV, toalhas encardidas, barulhento (em frente ao depósito do serviço de camareiro), café da manhã péssimo (falava tudo, não se prepararam para a quantidade de hóspedes). Não recomendo!!

Great staff - at your beck and call. Rooms are spacious and have proper functional furniture appointments. Problems: unstable internet access 7x24. The open atrium made the entire 1st floor very cold. The first floor includes the lobby and breakfast area. They said they're going to address this in May, 2018. Again, exceptional staff, friendliness, helpfulness.

muy buena la ubicacion , cerca de la plaza central , de la estacion de bus para ir a Machu Pichu, de restaurantes y zona de negocios de productos locales . La primer noche fuimos alojados en un hotel cercano de menor categoria porque la habitacion no estaba disponible , y no tuvieron la atencion de descontarnos el precio ., estimo que seria lo correcto .
