The hotel was very close to the town center, cleanly. Unique atmosphere, and very friendly staff. Run by family who also live in half of the place, but they were very friendly and helpful when needed. Great view of the city.
Hostel was in a good location for Cusco city - about 6 minutes from the main square - but the room I had was very cold and there was no way to make the room warmer
This is a basic 1* hotel - the owner lives on the premise and I believe there is only 3-4 rooms available to rent. The common area is cozy with a fantastic view overlooking the city. Free basic breakfast (bread, jam, butter, coffee and tea) is provided.
The owners are attentive and friendly. The room is basic but comfortable and the wifi was excellent through the whole building.
Easy 7-10 min walk to the main square. A bit harder to come back up those steep stairs but still very manageable. I would recommend and stay here again.
Miguel and his family were wonderful hosts! My room was tiny but it was sufficient. It does get cold at night, though. All in all, pretty good for the price.

Excelente lugar para disfrutar el Qosco.
Hermoso lugar y excelente atención. Cerca de la Plaza de Armas, la subida no es un impedimento. Habitación muy cómoda, agua caliente, internet. El desayuno muy rico.

Fantastic Hostel
Checkin was easy, room was clean, sheets were clean, plenty of blankets. Bathroom spartan but functional. As people who stay at hostels, we loved this place. Great view of Cusco. Lots of stairs to get down into town and back up to hostel, but you are rewarded with remarkable views.
Miguel and his staff go out of their way to help you with anything you need and can arrange services that they do not offer such as drivers etc. The showers are hot and the beds are extremely comfortable with great pillows and really warm blankets. The views from the balcony at night are great and they have a bar and beer available if you would like to stay in for the night. Your taxi can drop you right at the front door and you can walk up the hill to Sacsayhuaman in mere minutes. There is a set of stairs down to the town and many restaurants/bars close by. I will be returning to Cusco in a few months and will plan to stay here again.
