Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort

Fraud Booking

Very Disappointing. The hotel was closed for the summer, we got zero notification but they still took our booking and payment. After 20 mins knocking on the hotel door, the hotel across came out and told us the Piedmont Boutique is closed for repairs and they're be taking all Piedmont Boutique reservations. That is not what we paid for and if we were noticed the hotel was closed for repair. I would have booked elsewhere. For them to still take reservations is fraud and deceiving. Please do not book your stay here, this hotel is not open for business.
