The hotel was in an excellent location right near the main square. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great breakfast and staff. Also all of our chosen day trips included pickup from this locaton!

Nice hotel close to food and shops

Nice hotel for our 1 night stay in Cusco. Close to the city center and all of the restaurants and shops. Great breakfast in the morning to start our day. Rooms were clean, and beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location was very central. Breakfasts were disappointing… not a lot there beyond scrambled eggs and coffee, and less fruit and other variety as the morning went on. We got sick partway through our stay. I was charged for soiled sheets. Seems odd to add that sort of humiliation when you are in the hospitality business.

The hotel is on a prime location, right beside the Cusco Cathedral. The room is spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable and includes a delicious breakfast.

Amazing Hotel Service near the Centro

Awesome front desk service…very helpful from good recommendation for a haircut place to getting a taxi. Everything was amazing including location. It’s too bad there are no elevators, which is helpful during the first couple of days in Cuzco.

Great location!

This hotel had a great location within walking distance of Cusco Cathedral and was a short Uber ride to the airport. The room didn't have A/C, and in typical Peru fashion you can't flush toilet paper. The room was clean, and they offered free breakfast. It would be nice if the room had a fan or A/C because it did get a little stuffy at night. Overall, I'd stay here again.

Viaje a Cusco

All the services were good. Especially the servers, Margot and Jaclyn at the breakfast service were kind and friendly. The person who cleaned our room was also efficient and friendly. The location was perfect and safe. It was convenient because there were lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and museums were near the hotel. You can walk around the city.

We enjoyed our stays here one we got an interior room. Exterior rooms are extremely noisy with honking and the thumping bass from a night club until sunrise when the honking begins again. Request an interior room if you are a light sleeper and you will enjoy your stay here. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. They will pack a to go breakfast for you if you venture out before breakfast. Would recommend this place.

This property is just a couple doorways down from the corner of the main part of historical downtown Cusco. Everything is within walkable distances. Nice/ neat building- simple. Was not able to enjoy breakfast because most "tours" have pick up times before breakfast starts- so request a "to go" option if this applies to you. Please note- there is no elevator. This was no issue for me and my daughter- but please know that it is not ADA accessible from what I saw. Honestly most buildings in this area are not. Overall I would totally stay there again. It is nice, fresh, decent amount of space, Engrish speaking staff and GREAT value regarding price.
