"The air conditioning was not working g and instead of apologizing the staff was rude and took like ages to move us to a different room . Even the room was not cleaned in time . Like with persistent request it was cleaned at 6 pm ."

"I’ll start with the positive: Great location, less than 15 from the beach. Around good coffee & food spots. Happy helpful staff. Even the housekeepers smiled and said hi as I walked past (many don’t and just ignore you) breakfast buffet was really nice. Things I didnt love: the flat pillows! Those poor things had no life left. I was also next to an adjoining room (I dont love that aspect) and was awoken at 6 AM one morning to a very loud woman in that room. The parking lot is kind of weird and shared with other hotels. Navigating through it was a bit challenging. All in all - great stay and great price for where it is ;)"

"Our stay at Comfort Inn was very good. Room was clean and well stocked with bathroom and coffee supplies. The bed was very comfortable. Ice machine was convenient and worked well. The breakfast was excellent. Mr. Edwards made sure everything was well stocked, fresh and delicious. He was extremely helpful. That was the best part of the stay. "

"The catering facilities closed for the early part of the week and no bar fortunately we had transportation so we could purchase sustenance elsewhere. It would have been a difficult walk to nearest shops if you weren’t able bodied. Everything was rickety doors wonky locks not working, plug sockets loose and my daughter in law got locked in the bedroom as door handle didn’t work. Fortunately for out via the adjoining bathroom. But this fire safety hazard. Skirting’s were visibly dusty. My husband wrote you a review advising similarly you responded saying tell us what room it is and we will fix it! Do you really expect guests to do your quality inspections? Not good customer service! The entrance lobby is deceiving as that is nice compared with bedroom presentation The saving grace to some extent was the pool area and the view of the beach. "

"It was nice and clean. But no free parking. No breakfast. There was pistachio latte advertising inside elevator. But they can’t prepare it in Starbucks. Not easy to sign in Wifi. No Netflix, you must sign into your own account. It takes time. "

"Should consider replacing rugs throughout hotel as I see many grossly stained areas and smelly! Plus, this hotel welcomes pets which gives off odors in hotel. Sofas should be leather and not fabric as I see stains as well and it would be easier for housekeeping to clean. Will not stay at this hotel in future."
