"This is a really lovely cabin on the Kettle River in Orient. It is just a few steps from the bridge if you plan on a river float which is really fun! The hosts were really great to communicate with. "The location of the property on Curlew Lake is outstanding. The property manager, Colt, was super attentive to any issues and the place has all the extras that you would want in a rental. This was our second time renting here and we plan on doing so again in the future."

"Lovely lakeview cabin on Curlew Lake - so peaceful. Great outdoor space, with gas grill which we used. And a great place to watch the tame resident deer. The great room was just that - huge! Lots of places to sit and relax and read. Kitchen was also very roomy with a big round rug in the middle to warm your feet. Tons of counter space. Made cooking a joy. Cabin was very clean and well stocked with TP, towels, cleaning products, etc. Cabin is a great base for visiting ghost towns (Molson, Bodie, etc) and taking scenic tours. The cabin has a really nice dock, although we did not use it. The only limitation for large parties was the single bathroom, but we made it work for us "

Just bring your clothes, toothbrush and cooler of food to prepare, everything else is available for an easy enjoyable stay. The owner is very friendly and responsive to any questions.
