「The house was exactly how it was advertised. We had a school group there focused on a local competition -- plenty of room to spread out, decompress with TVs, games, space to practice parts.Clean, manager EXCEPTIONAL about communication. Close to Des Moines downtown, Drake University, etc. Literally it was a PERFECT experience for my students, visiting parent, and myself. Would book here again 10/10.」

「The house smelt horrible when you walked in. We had to open the doors to try and air it out. Shower curtain in the bathroom had many mystery stains, same with the blankets in the queen bedroom. The towels were all left in the dryer for us to have to find and the dishes were left in the dishwasher for us to unload from a previous guest. The microwave was disgusting.
