"The room is very well furnished, clean, spacious, and quiet. However, the reliance on automated check-in, door codes, etc. did not go well for us or for others who were there at the same time. Numerous people were having trouble getting in the front door with their codes and we did not even know what our code was. There was nobody there to help, instead a QR code was posted for telephone help. In the room there was a card with another QR code to download the hotel room information, but that link did not work on either of our phones. The hall carpet was very dirty, but fortunately the room itself was perfectly clean. The cleaning staff also left all their carts in the stairway landing, which is clearly a fire code violation. The location is not bad, but also rather odd and non-descript. Not as walkable to other attractions as we were led to believe by other reviews. We took Waymo everywhere, which is recommended."

"This was the closest location to broadway that I could find with free onsite parking and a pool. Uber ride to Broadway takes only a few min and is only $10. DO NOT take a taxi beack from Broadway (there are hundreds of them after last call) because they will want to charge $30 for the same trip."
