Beach Perfect is a stunning, modern 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with fantastic indoor outdoor options, located on the beachfont at Culburra Beach, with beach access via the nearby council path. The whole upper level of the house is a generous master bedroom suite, complete with a freestanding bath that has beautiful ocean views. This luxurious home has many entertaining areas, a media room and a fully equipped gym room.

Where will I be?
Beach Perfect is accessed via a quiet cul de sac road, and sits right on Culburra Surf Beach, with beach access via the nearby council path The house is also only a few minutes drive from everything you need - grocery store, shops, cafes, bowling club and restaurants.
Why choose Beach Perfect?
This stylish and spacious home has a rare configuration of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 4 of which are en-suites. The house has plenty of deck areas, a covered entertaining and BBQ area, and a fully equipped gym.
How is the property laid out?
Beach Perfect has three different levels, laid out as follows:
The upstairs level is occupied by the huge master bedroom suite, complete with king bed, a free standing bath overlooking the ocean, a side deck and an ocean facing deck. Whoever gets this room will stay in style!
A mezzanine level of the house has two king bedrooms, each with a shower / toilet en-suite. There is also a shared sitting room on this level.
The main living area has lovely, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that connects with the lawn to the ocean side of the house. There is also a great alfresco BBQ and outdoor dining area for a windy or wet day, that adjoins the living area. This level also has a good sized shared bathroom, and a king bedroom with en-suite, the gym, a media room and finally, the 5th bedroom which is the only queen bedroom in the house.
The kitchen is well equipped, including a Vittoria compatible pod coffee machine.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Beach perfect has a front and side deck of the master suite, a front deck off the living area, an alfresco dining and BBQ area, balconies off some bedrooms, and lawn / garden areas on both sides of the house, with landscaped gardens.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Beach perfect has various split system air conditioning units around the house (for heating and cooling), including the main living area and the master bedroom. The house can also be opened up to catch the sea breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is parking on the driveway behind a secured gate for 2 - 3 vehicles. The lock up garage is not for guest use, sorry. The vehicle gate is manually operated and can be securely closed during your stay.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of pet friendly options, of which we have many.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
