"There was nothing in common with the pictures they show and the reality. It was dirty,the water was cold no preasure,toilet sit broken,not enough blankets,very cold during the night,super over priced,far away from the city and very broken road to the ranch. The only think we liked is the garden! "

They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "This hotel is in walking distance to the Mercado and lots of restaurants! You can easily also find food stands plus lots of stores. The staff is great really friendly! And super helpful I extended my stay by one night and they were able to accommodate us without any issues!"

"Hotel was VERY clean. Loved the charm and colors! Price and location was great, easy access to Centro and easy access to taxis. Only downside was the bathroom was very hot and because of the vent on the door the smell of the bathroom would fill the room. Other than that everything was good and would definitely recommend it! "

"This place is fantastic! It’s just one block from the city center, making it super convenient. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was a solid 10/10. One suggestion: it would be helpful if breakfast started before 8:00 am, especially for guests with early tours or travel plans."
