Great stay at this beautiful 300 year old mansion! Service was great - food was good but quite spendy. Very clean - pool was great and very secure property.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful and kind. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good and we ate there each morning. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed how it was decorated. Short drive from the center of town, so lots of dining options when you get to that area.

It’s a beautiful property. You truly feel VIP the staff is so attentive y courteous, since the moment you walk in. I needed more days, I only booked one day just to check out the place. Next time I will stay a little bit longer.

Overall this hotel is ok, I enjoyed 2 days here with my girlfriend, but I will not return in the future The property is beautiful and unique in its style. Staff are extremely friendly and the food was very good. Pool, jacuzzi and garden are really nice However, there are several things that made me not want to return: - staff is not very professional or well trained (for example, it's really hard to get waiter's attention as they're typically chatting among them) - we had an issue with the room we reserved, as the pictures in expedia do not match the room you are a actually booking - rooms around the pool are extremely noisy and small. People start having breakfast right outside your window at 7am - rooms further away in the garden are more private and larger, but not as well decorated

The staff was super friendly and polite but the property itself was not the best. The rooms are rustic which is great but the utilities are so out dated. Minimal water comes out when you shower, the toilet does not work half of the time when trying to flush. The front desk will ask you for your ROOM KEY if you are stepping out. I have never stayed in a hotel who will keep your own room key. It made me feel hesitant about my belongings. The staff was amazing. I just wish the hotel was half of what the pictures showed.

Excelente hotel para unos días de descanso

Hotel muy bonito, tranquilo y cómodo, con jacuzzi y la alberca calientita. La atención excelente. Sería recomendable que mejoren el servicio de regadera pues se tarda en salir el agua caliente por lo que se desperdicia agua.
