The pool area was nice non hot water you had to ask for hot water when I had to take a shower same for toilet paper the staff most of the time didn’t ask if you need something especially at the pool

The staff is incredible...they are super friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast is hands down amazing and don't get me started on the coffee. You can tell that they are remodeling the hotel and it is looking great.

Mala experiencia

Estuvimos solo una noche, a nuestra llegada la habitación estaba caliente, el AC estaba encendido y en 26 grados. Mencionaron que tenían un problema central con una “pastilla” que lo iban a solucionar por la tarde, esto no sucedió y no se nos notificó, únicamente dejaron un ventilador industrial encendido en la habitación. Todavía nos cobraron 100 pesos por cada hora por el early check in, honestamente es un hotel que no vale lo que cuesta, es viejo y descuidado. No lo recomendaría ni volvería.

creo que si deben mejorar un poco en el área de la alberca, la limpieza, cuando bajamos a la zona de alberca había muchas hormigas, y no habían limpiado las mesitas de los huéspedes anteriores. todo lo demás nos pareció muy bien.
