「The property is spacious and a great place to stay. My family enjoyed a late summer vacation at the end of September. The pool is perfect for cooling off with fantastic views over the hills around Nice. We cooked most nights and sat on the terrace enjoying the warm evenings and views as the sun went down . I would recommend but a car is essential. Lena was a welcoming host and communicated well throughout our stay.」

Man ist mitten im Zentrum, wohnt allerdings 2 Min zu Fuß in einer süßen Seitengasse. Es ist alles vor Ort, was einen tollen, individuellen Urlaub ausmacht. Vous n entendrez jamais les voisins. Nous remercions René et les habitants de Greolieres pour leur accueil très sympa. 「Nous avons passé un court et bon séjour dans cet immeuble charmant de 4 appartements en plein cœur du Vieux Nice. Chaque appartement est équipé de la climatisation et du WiFi fibre, ce qui a rendu notre séjour confortable. Sabine nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité, ce qui a tout de suite mis une belle ambiance. Les appartements sont bien aménagés. 「Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, der Pool herrlich und der Ausblick von der Terrasse sensationell. Lediglich die Zufahrt ist mit einem großen Auto herausfordernd, aber machbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.」

「The house and grounds are so amazing with astonishing views. We had such a great time. There were two couples in our group and we got to stay in different houses. One of us stayed in the main house and one in the pool house. They were both lovely and comfortable. The huge pool and beautiful grounds were absolutely perfect. 「This villa was a dream. The photos do not do justice to the beautiful artwork of this home. This villa has everything you need. Plenty of space, a pool, appliances and lots of outdoor areas to enjoy. The owners, Jean-Luc and Diane are wo of the most wonderful people you can meet. The location is ideal to explore from. If you are lucky enough to find this villa available I would recommend to book immediately. We would love to return.」

「Bel emplacement du bien dans résidence sécurisée, nécessité d améliorer : canicule et chaleur les périodes d été = besoin Clim, enlever moquette sol car pas hygiénique, voiture plein soleil la journée = nécessité accès garage attenant,volets roulants et moustiquaires à réparer , manques certains éléments de vaisselle (passoire , couvercle casseroles) manque congélateur , avec ces ajustements le bien serait parfait 」
