"This was my second stay at this property and it was very enjoyable. Despite being next to an airport and a rail line, the room was very quite. The windows blocked almost all of the sound. The hotel is walking distance to the Ontario Convention Center and several restaurants. I also did a solo morning walk through a local neighborhood (D Street) and felt very safe the entire time. The kitchenette was well-appointed and it made making meals there very easy. If I'm in the area again, this is my first choice hotel in the area for value and quality."

"I stayed at this location for four days in one of their king suites. I definitely would not recommend or stay at this location again. The refrigerator in the room had mold growing inside towards the back and around the seal, definitely not being cleaned properly. There were clumps of hair in the shower yet supposedly the room had just been cleaned? The water quality is horrible, cloudy and just looks nasty. That might just be a local water issue, I have no idea. But the shower lacked water pressure and was difficult to wash/rinse my hair properly. Top all this off with finding roaches in me room and I wouldn't recommend ever staying here. They offered another room or a $20 refund but said there was nothing else they would do. Their attitude when bring these issues up was nonchalant and they honestly didn't seem bothered by any of it. Again, avoid this place. "
