"The Night Front Desk Gentleman was Awesome. Hotel its self was clean, however during our stay house keeping did not come by once to make sure we had the accommodations we needed. The morning of our departure, my daughter made efforts to let the front desk know she would not be returning and that I would be leaving at check out. I requested a late check out and was told I had till 12pm. There was no one at the front desk at that time and due to the fact I was waiting on another reservation. I sat in my vehicle in the parking lot. Several days later, unaware my daughter was charged for another days stay…. UNEXCEPTIONABLE, especially since I was sitting in my car literally in the hotels parking lot awaiting another reservation. "

"i enjoyed my stay although the staff did not inform us when we checked in that we needed to let them know the night before if we wanted our room serviced (sheets changed and fresh towels) also the bathtub was peeling "

"I had a bag/shoes/some clothing I left in the room. I was told the room had been cleaned and my belongings would be at the front desk. I went to the front desk the girl smirked and said she didn’t know and would check and proceeded to check the back room for my things. Then said they didn’t have anything and had no idea what I was talking about that there was nothing there. Thankfully my mentor went over and asked for the owner they said they would speak to the cleaning manager. Magically my belongings appeared after telling them how much my things were about 2 hours or so later. I didn’t appreciate how the staff responded, the smirks and not trying to find a solution. I could have left without my things and who knows what hands they would have ended up in if my mentor hadn’t had asked to speak to the owner. Very disappointed."
