What a gorgeous resort and such a magical place! I loved my morning bike rides through the beautiful rice fields. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so warm and welcoming, and made us feel like part of their family. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay! ❤️🙏

This facility is a magnificent choice as a base to visit all the interesting sites in Ninh Binh. The rooms are large with excellent beds. The staff were kind, efficient and willing to help beyond expectations.

The property is tucked away in a secluded area, exactly what we were looking for. We booked a villa with a private pool, giving us the entire space to ourselves. The villa is spacious, and the staff are helpful and accommodating. Mr. Xinh (the manager, I believe) made sure all the guests were well taken care of. Staff was extremely helpful

Coco Island was the perfect location for our Ninh Binh activities. Short bike ride to Mua Hang. Beautiful scooter ride to Bich Dong Pagoda. The villas even had a mascot who I low key named Coco. I loved this little kitty. Hung with us poolside. The rooms were clean with an incredible greenery view. The staff provided exceptional service. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful time here!! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We loved that the location was outside of town so it was a quiet escape in the mornings and afternoons. We took advantage of the tours they offer and arrange for you, it was very convenient and hassle-free!

Exceptional service and English speaking staff were very kind and eager to assist. Upgraded to B3 villa overlooking lake with private patio. Manicured grounds and very clean pool area nestled right next to towering limestones. Breakfast is made to order with western and local fare (pho for breakfast some of the best Ive had!). I’ve been around the world (35 countries) and stayed many places. I’d put this in my top 5 hotels/resorts that I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful, peaceful, unique and top notch views, service and food.

Great place to stay. There was an accident in the area so the electricity gone out but the staffs were really helpful.
