「We stayed here for a bachelorette party and to go on a float trip. The property was nice, clean, and as described. There’s plenty space and bathrooms! It is helpful to know there is no cell phone signal or WiFi in this area. The fridge is not the best so I would recommend bringing plenty of ice and coolers. Overall it was an excellent stay! 「the house was so very very comfortable and large enough to house 16 of our family. it was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and the host was very responsive and wonderful to work with. we had a family float trip and was only a few miles from the resort. HIGHLY recommend this location and host. THIS HOME MADE OUR FAMILY TRIP EVEN MORE MEMORABLE」

「We had a great time. Was big enough for all of us. Was very private the pavilion was great. The kids enjoyed the sand volleyball. Our dog enjoyed the large area too. The only thing I would suggest is to have more towels Overall it was great!!!」

「I am from the area originally, being in the military, going home to visit we’re always stuck with family but having something like this is nice since there are no hotels in the area. The only thing I’d recommend is a map to find things like the dumpster- and maybe to find the cabins, anyone not from the area would have difficulty. It’s quiet and I got a few pictures of wildlife up by the cabins which was really cool. Wi-Fi/service is really spotty (but that’s in Owensville as a whole). Looking...

「It was a lovely property and had great amenities. We had plenty of space and it was very reasonably priced Great location and easy access to town and the highway but pretty peaceful. Note, there is another rental immediately next to it and you share parking. We gave it 4 stars because there were a number of cleanliness issues. 「We came to the beautiful Meramec Spring for a music festival, and this was a great cozy home just a short drive away. If camping is not necessarily your thing, I’d recommend this VRBO for comfort and convenience. The beds were comfy, which is a must for me. 「Property was perfect for our stay to visit relatiives. Huge fenced in back yard for our dog. The two living areas were great, both had tvs. Kitchen was roomy and plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Washer and dryer were an added bonus. Would stay here again.」

「The Cottage on Luca Hill is delightful. Clean and current furnishings and decor made this a standout stay. The hosts are lovely people - friendly and accommodating in every way. We also loved meeting the sweet animals - not every day you get to pet a cow who really seemed to enjoy it! Would recommend this property without hesitation. We will return and visit the neighboring Spencer Manor Winery at some point in the future!」
