The Space:
You will love this incredibly spacious 2 bedroom bungalow. This cozy space to sleeps up to five people. You will enjoy all of the amenities anyone would want in a home away from home, including a large dining table, a roomy outdoor seating area with a fenced in backyard, a washer / dryer, and lightning fast Wi-Fi.

Conveniently located in the heart of St. James with proximity to nearby river ways, Maramec Spring Park, Old Route 66, the St. James Golf Course, and numerous local wineries. Located right next to St. James Highschool. Approximately 100 miles from St. Louis International Airport, 35 miles from Ft. Leonard Wood, and 120 miles from Springfield, Missouri.

Check in is 3PM and check out is at 10AM. So that our cleaning service can properly prepare the home for the next guests, we are RARELY able to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please book an additional day if you foresee you will need different times.

Rental agreement required for stays of 14 days or more.

We try to make things as easy as possible, but since this is an actual home we do not have an on call staff to take care of certain things such as taking trash to the dumpster and bringing it back.
