"The hotel is amazing. I am not going back because we depend in the flight hours and hour flight was at 5:30pm, so we need to do a late check out and we try to negotiate with the hotel to deliver the rooms and just continue in the installations and they said that is not possible. We can just stay at the lobby without meals or drinks. They want to charge around $50 USD per person if we want to eat or drink. Flight hours are not in our hands. They should be more flexible. Thank you "

"My family and I really liked the options for dinning and their staff. There was an open Buffett for the adults and another one for the kids which was always a great option for my little one. Staff was always on top of our needs and wants. We also really enjoyed the pool and beach areas. Conveniently had showers at both beach accesses. "My travel planning usually pays off, but Bungalow's in the Zihuataneo/Ixtapa area was a HUGE exception. As a Google Local Guide, I know to verify a hotel room or short-term rental in person before payment. What I found? A disgusting, moldy room, nothing like the online photos.
