The dock was perfect for a sizeable boat and the kyaks were a great addition. The location of the canal outlet onto the main river was very convenient and is about halfway between the Gulf and the springs upriver. We will definitely be booking this property again.」

「Very close to the springs. My kids had a great time kayaking and hanging out at the bonfire. Consider bringing a truck or suv. Spring is around the corner but heavy to transport. The bungalow was clean and well organized. Centrally located to many activities within 25 min. Drive. Elephant sanctuary, rainbow springs, devils den. We would go back」

Plenty of room for more than 4 people. The dock had plenty of space for our 25 foot boat and the lift was great.
