Estuary Oasis

Bring the family to your own estuary oasis with a fenced in yard. Bring your boat to tie up to the dock or just launch the provided kayaks. Catch fish in your backyard. Lounge in a hammock or Netflix and chill. Enjoy delicious local restaurants that feature the freshest seafood, or catch and grill your own fish or scallops. We love our guests and hope you have a magical time here at our estuary oasis. This is a Coastal styled Estuary Oasis, minutes from scallop grounds or manatee swims. Enjoy the sunrise while sipping on provided coffee or tea and the sunset with your favorite drink in hand. You have access to the main floor. Master bath has a double slipper soaking tub. Feel free to use kayaks and bikes. There is a keurig and teapot available. Home features a 65 inch smart tv, just log in to your favorite streaming account and chill. We are just a text or phone call away, your on call concierge. Jason 352-304-7782 Elizabeth 352-566-0324 Fort Island Beach is 8 miles away. 3 sisters springs, and manatee viewing is 4 miles away. Hunter Springs Park is 4.7 miles away The closest boat ramp is 3.9 miles away you can put your boat in there to get to our property. Fort Island Beach is 8 miles away. There is a birding/hiking trail 1 mile away Golfing is 3.1 miles away 30 miles to Weekie Wachee springs, home of the mermaids. Personally owned vehicles, uber or lift is what I recommend The home is a stilt home so you have to go upstairs to access it. The main level has three bedrooms on the main floor and two full bathrooms. On the main level there is a spiral stairway that leads to a third level that has a loft/office area. There you will find a twin trundle bed with a pull out twin mattress under.

Please register ALL guest. Including Pet. We do have a $200 pet fee. Stay off of the owners boat. Do not tamper with the boat lift and its controls.
Put towels in the washer and run the load before you leave. Run dishwasher w/dirty dishes, it helps the cleaners prep for the next guest.
Leave the house as you found it. LOCK all glass doors before leaving. If pet damages occur you are responsible for cost repair/replacement.

Beautiful home in peaceful setting

This home was perfect for our family getaway! Plenty of bedrooms (such comfortable beds) and space to spread out and come together to enjoy our week away. Plenty of nature and fun things to do in the area!

Wonderful stay

So clean, safe, comfortable, and picturesque. Hosts were immediately responsive when the directions in the app took us to the wrong address. Other than that, the stay was ideal. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was furnished.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. House was perfect for our stay, we brought our own boat, was able to keep behind house, house was fully equipped. I would recommend- beautiful view from back porch. Quiet neighborhood.

Property is awesome! If you’re looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy FL this is it! Clean, neat, well put together, and very comfortable. Owner is fantastic with communication and very helpful. Clean, quiet and relaxing

Four of us used the Estuary House as a hub while visiting our parents nearby. One of us is a bird nerd who loved birdwatching from the back deck. Crystal River is the place to go for manatee viewing. We also took a day trip to Sarasota for strolling along its white sandy beaches. We found the house clean, quiet and relaxing. Host responded quickly to all inquiries.

AMAZING HOST!!!!

The owners and the house were amazing! I never ever leave reviews but I am going to this time. From start to finish it was such a smooth process. Jason and Elizabeth have their house stocked with everything you can need. They left us a lovely bottle of wine which we enjoyed watching the sunset on the enclosed front porch. The kids loved how many games there were for them to play and played most of them. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Definitely an Estuary Oasis!

I've stayed at quite a few VRBOs in the past and this was the best experience to date. The home is gorgeous and immaculate. Almost all the rooms have a stunning view of the water. The home feels spacious and lacking of no amenity. There were outdoor equipment and games for use. There were even snacks and goodies set out for us when we arrived. The home owners were incredibly responsive, helpful, warm and kind. It was wonderful experience in a lovely home with awesome owners!

Wonderful property

We had a great time staying at this house. It was clean, well stocked with everything you would need, and the view is amazing. The host was very responsive. The Vrbo app led us to the wrong address about 10 minutes away, but the host quickly gave us the right one. We would definitely recommend this property.
