"Everything about the hotel was perfect minus the cigarette smoke. I told my husband management must be doing the right thing because every staff member seemed so happy to be there. Everything was really clean in our room, and in common areas. My only complaint was the cigarette smoke but that comes with the territory when you’re staying in a casino in Nevada."

"Great property- good location, nice rooms, and friendly staff members. Also very dog friendly! Walking distance to lakeside beach (private beach) - stay included vouchers for the beach which are $30/per person. Note that lakeside beach is not dog friendly but Nevada beach, which is just a few mins drive away, has a small dog friendly area. The hotel has smores at night, coffee / drinks in the morning and all afternoon, and happy hour from 3-6pm (HH is $2 off wine, beer, or cocktails). The room had a lot of shelf space, and the furnishings in the bathroom were nice. We had a good view of the road from our room; it felt private and secluded. We didn’t hear any neighbors around or above us. Note that the property is several buildings , and they can be across the street. Parking was convenient right in front of our room / building. We were also in walking distance to heavenly village and did the van sickle bi-state hike. The staff members are so friendly and made the stay great! Thanks so much - we’ll be back! "

"I’ve stayed there several times in both winter and summer. Pool is great in the summer and close to the beach and in the winter it’s a short walk to the gondola. They have also upgraded the rooms and tv’s too. "
