Experience a restful vacation in Morgat, staying just 900m from the resort centre and 1km from the beach. This charming 2 Bedroom Split-Level Holiday House, decorated in Breton style, sleeps up to 6 guests. Enjoy a cosy living area, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a garden terrace. The family-friendly residence offers a heated pool, children’s pool, bike storage, and guided tours of seaside caves. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, bakery service, and laundry facilities.

Welcome to our cosy 43m² apartment in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer which boasts:

• Kitchenette: microwave/grill, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, dishwasher

Swimming pool opening hours: daily from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, except Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit €300 per accommodation (refundable provided no damage, missing items or additional cleaning is required).
• A small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival; this amount is subject to change.

• Guests receive 1 free sauna or steam room session per apartment, per week

Additional Options & Services

• Please inquire with our friendly team about stays of 7 nights or more
• For short stays of 2 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels, and an end-of-stay cleaning are included
• Some of these residences accept pets for an additional charge of €7/pet/night or €39/pet for 6+ nights
• For long stays of 7+ nights, beds made on arrival costs between €35; a full end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchenette) is available for €55–€80
• Bed linen and towels are included upon arrival; however, a change of bed linen and towels costs €9/kit
• Spa: only accessible to guests over the age of 16 or between the ages of 10 and 16 as long as an adult is present
• WiFi is available for an additional charge (prices available on-site)
