Very friendly staff thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Property is in our old house so could do with a little updating but it’s not a problem. Resturant downstairs was amazing. Will definitely stay and eat again.

Great car parking, nice and handy location. There wasn’t a guest lounge which was a shame- had to sit in the restaurant on an upright chair when I would have liked to have relaxed sitting on a sofa. The door lock to my room was a bit loose. As a lady travelling solo I would have appreciated a door chain for added security on the room door

This hotel is about to close for renovations. There was loud noise coming from an appliance or equipment downstairs late into the evening. Staff were helpful and friendly. Situation is convenient for accessing Camberley.

This property had recently changed hands and was under major renovation. The previous owners were still managing the hotel while this reconstruction was happening. They were anxious to be of service during this time. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and known locally as serving excellent Middle Eastern food. When complete, this location will probably become well recommended.

We had a good welcome. We went straight out after booking in so didnt notice things that were missing: no sugar, no hair dryer and no password for the wifi. The hotel manager came straight away to give us what was missing. Later noticed the kettle kept turning off but didnt get him to come back again. The bathroom was quite grubby. The linen was clean and there was a fan in the room which did help.

The property was clean and tidy. The curtains and the bedspread looked a bit dated. The shower cubicle looked a bit worn but the shower itself was hot and had good pressure.
