「I rarely would give a five star review, this property was so beautiful, beautiful welcoming, and extremely clean. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast every day with a beautiful view of the water & the staff were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. A+ for the luxurious towels and amenities. I hope our travels bring us back.」

「Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better .」

「The people here are nice, but don't expect 5 star service, its just not that kind of place. Room was constantly damp and dank, the bathroom was rough (loud fan that was clearly broken, there was leaking water in multiple places), trash bags in the hallways leaning up against vents? Bugs in random places. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but this was not a place I'd return to without a lot of work being done to it, but I won't hold my breath.」

「We stayed at this hotel in June 2025, and apart from a really awful odor in our room, it was okay so we booked it again this year (for one night). This time, the room was not fully cleaned, had some serious maintenance issues, didn’t have enough bedding or towels for the 3 people for whom we booked the room, and, worst of all, had a broken A/C causing the temperature in the room to be 80 degrees! 「I booked a3 night stay 2 nights we had a storm and no electricity with no compensation no back up generators nothing just in dark until you weren’t.. the door locked on the handle but no other safety features the door had crackers you could see outside you get what you pay for.」

「I had a very good experience. Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast.」

「Room wasn’t clean even in the slightest. Nothing had been mopped or wiped down. The toilet and bathtub was still dirty and even had hair in it. The fire alarm was ripped off the wall at some point in time and the fridge was beyond disgusting. There was raw, rotting, chicken drums left in it for god knows how long and was leaking juices inside and outside of the fridge and stunk. It was so bad we had to leave the hotel and find a new place to stay at. Even the hallways smelt like dirty diapers....

「For the price it was adequate. The room was clean, but shop worn. The amenities were a TV, a microwave, a hair dryer, and a small refrigerator. We only used the refrigerator, and it worked fine. The king size bed was not as firm as we like, but we both slept fine. The receptionist I would not characterize as a people person and English was a bit of a challenge for her.
