Problem/. The room’s heat/AC unit was very very loud and, to make it worse cycled on & off every few minutes.
Walking by the exterior wall of a few other rooms, i noticed that their heat/AC units were also very noisy… not broken noisy… just cheap"

"I booked a specific room, and upon arrival I was informed that it was no longer available. Instead, I was given an accessibility room, which is not what I reserved.
I would expect to be upgraded for the inconvenience, not downgraded. This reservation issue was not caused by me, and I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled.
At this point, I am not satisfied with the service."

"The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. One small suggestion as a tea drinker is it would have been nice to have some tea bags as well as the Keurig pods. Everything else was great."
